We are sorry to hear that you have a less than ideal impression of our company.
We must admit that we have had a few lapses in some departments for the past year. We have been ill-prepared for the rise in demand for our product, following the release of our Baerskin Hoodie 2.0. Therefore, there have been some slight delays in the shipment of some orders and in our responses.
Rest assured that we have already made some upgrades to our shipping department and updated our Customer Support procedures so we can serve our customers better.
