I order bedding three weeks ago money was taken out from account right away three weeks gone no shipping yet when I emailed them they said we having problems in shipping wait when I emailed them back it's been already three weeks my stuff is not even shipped please refund my money now they are saying two more months before they can refund my money.
I was reading the reviews they were not good I still go ahead and ordered but please I tell everyone please do not make same mistake.
I have all the emails if someone wants to see. They took the money as soon as I submit my order but to refund it will take two months and it's there fault that they didn't shipped my stuff. How fair I didn't get anything and lost my money
My online order couldnt be filled unfortunately. However, a person from my local store called me, apologized and made arrangements for a similar product to be sent. She had to make a few calls, checked all options out with me and in the end, I was very happy with the accommodation... and she sent it out right away.

Did an online order before Christmas. Order was never received. I check the status today and it says the order is on hold. It also says they are trying to contact me? How so... by sign language? My phone number was on the order from the very beginning. Don't want to do business with these folks. I want my charges reversed on my account!
This is completely scam as they don't have even customer service. They have automated message or robot replaying to you. The worst ever online company. Their items are fake, their services are fake. Simply scammers the message you see here about good things are not from customers, may be it is from their employees, may be automated message. When ever you send them message for assistance you get back different replies at different time, this shows you are not dealing with human being who has brain. Trust me don't buy. This is not like ebay or Amazon. This is fake website. If you are not happy with their stuff or you receive wrong items they ask you to ship to china which costs you more than what you spent, thus if you can't send they don't refund you.
I recently purchased 2 items online. When they arrived on product had a sticker price $10 less than what I paid for. I sent 2 emails back to customer service and also called customer service. I have not received any response.
All I was asking for was a $10 refund or credit as I have been a loyal customer for years.

There is only one price file for our retail stores and website so the price should be identical unless we accidentally put the wrong price sticker on an item (which happens from time to time).
Please let me know if you would prefer a refund or credit for $ 10.00 plus HST and I will arrange right away.

I ordered a Duvet cover online for delivery to a store. The duvet was lovely and the store staff were extremely helpful. I also found some flannel sheets on sale while I was there so all in all it was a very good experience.

Beddington's charged me in full for an order they could not fulfill. It was not until a month later when I followed up with them that they told me they couldn't get stock and were cancelling the order and giving a refund. 1) They should not charge me until they can fulfill or they should be refunding plus interest. 2) I shouldn't have had to follow up before being contacted. 3) They should have made a customer service gesture as an apology. This was my first and last order with the company.

I was not aware that your order was not fulfilled as you decribe above.
It is one thing to not ship an order but another altogether to charge your card for the full purchase and then not advise you right away of the delay.
I agree that this is very poor customer service on my part.
I want to confirm that your PayPal account was credited with the full amount that was charged to your account originally.

This company is a fake place an order in January and have not gotten my order but my money was taken from my account. Agents are always unavailable on the live chat. Told me that my order has been shipped and they will send a tracking number but todate I have not received the tracking number. Please do not order from these people.
Love Beddingtons and highly recommend them to everyone. Whenever I have ordered, it has arrived within a reasonable time and the quality is always as stated. You know what you get!
I placed an online order Dec. 2,2017 for pickup at the Beaches store.
My order still hadn't arrived by Dec. 20th and part of the order never arrived and I had to cancel it in Jan.
I will never place an online order with beddinton's again!

I never online shop, but I wanted to order a few items for my car. When I went to check out my orders wouldn't go through, so I thought the website was fake and continued my searchings on other medias, only to get a call from my bank stating that Beddingtons.com is a FAKE website and they had taken my information even though they hadn't taken my money. I had to order a whole new card! Do not use this website!
I wished you have a Customer service to help seniors order by phone and not online to avoid the wrong item.
All I want is Mattress covers(CNY) Microfiber TPPR 1014 code *******. And ordered the wrong one.
I think that is a great idea and will move our toll free number to the top of the web site so it is easily visitble for all to see.
