This site is a scam. You will receive items that are nothing like the photos on their website and then you will not be able to return them.

Yes. They do not send ordered items more than two months and it took 2-3 weeks for refund. And they did not refund the full amount saying there was a cash coupon applied which was a lie. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BERRYLOOK.COM

Seriously?! OH MY GOD, i already bought some dresses and i spent them almost $200, are you sure this site is fake?

100% fake company ---an absolute disgrace to online companies! --RED FLAG " STAY AWAY"

It's legitimately a SCAM. Do not order from this company. If you do receive your products, they will be made with the cheapest fabrics and very poor craftsmanship. Returns? The company is somewhere in China, it will cost you more in postage to return them than the cost of your purchase. Plus they will not acknowledge receiving the returned items. Refund? They will first try to talk you into giving it away, offering you a fraction of what you paid for in the form of "cash coupon" for future orders. I have never dealt with a more shameful business, online or otherwise. There is no customer service to speak of. All the answers are canned. And the good reviews? They're fake.

BBB has given this company an "F" rating. Enough said.

So this site is like most 3rd party sites on amazon and now Walmart.com. (& floating banner sites while we are onkine). All Asian sizes (smaller than small regardless of how mnay X's) and cheap material and craftmanship - BECAUSE in their country they use children as employees. This isnt new people- outside of the USA countries have very low to no standards and have NO Child Labor laws so product is Made By Children- & they have poor knowledge of how to deal with the customer hence no refunds or other help. Old adage " you get what get pay for". So stop endorsing child labor and buy from your own country and* or companies that stand behind their products! Sizing is always Small people ir Asian sizes as well!

Dreadful quality and sizes bear no relation to the stated sizes. No way to have refund. They offered £5 because they said it would be too expensive to return. The only plus I spent £50 for a big learning curve. Never again
