Where do I send Items for refund? What is the address? The items were horribly cheap and stained and in no way resembled the photos on the website?
Where do I return them?

Bunch of liars and SCAMMERS. I have written Justice Dept, Republic of China Embassy, BBB, FBI, US News and World Report, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and also hope Ellen Degeneres can have reps of this company on her show.

We must all act to shut them down and have them prosecuted. They have stolen thousands of dollars. They can eat lots of dog and cat meat on their stolen money. They are EVIL and FILTHY people in the Republic of China. They put rats in boiling water and skin them and eat them also. GROSS people who have used the system of technology to STEAL money.

Write to Google and FB and post everywhere you can about their SCAM.

I requested return information one month ago, the day after I received the cheap-looking clothes that don't fit me, and I have yet to get a reply. I have conceded to the fact that I will never see a refund. I chalked this one up as a lesson learned.

This company Berrylook and Cathybuy have the same return address this a scam from china set up in the USA stealing from americans you will never get your refund

I need to get a refund and have no address to return i spent 91$... need help...

I ordered 2 dresses on 2/13/2019 and still haven't recieved them as well as no response back from any emails or calls I've put in. So disappointed. You can't rely on getting your order anytime or ever so it seems.

As to getting an address from Berrylook to return items to, don't waste your time asking them. I emailed them FIVE TIMES trying to return way too-small items for a refund and asking them what address to send the return to. In their first four replies, they simply ignored the question. Finally they emailed me and offered to issue me a $18 refund (on an $88 order!) and that I could give the clothing in my order to someone else as a gift. Rip-off company.
