Is there an actual phone number for customer service? This lack of urgency with whom ever answers their email is annoying.
Is there any chance of going back to the old model? The model where there were multiple independent instructors with a diverse range of experiences? I mean, anyone can share photos and get a critique anywhere on the internet. Geez, try Facebook. But there are very, very few that can offer the 1:1 instruction with experienced instructors that betterphoto once provided. That was why I participated. Now I never visit betterphoto.com. There's nothing there of interest.

I can't find a phone number. You might get a response from bpsupport@betterphoto.com, but that's not to say you'll get an issue resolved.
