I have been with Bigo for 3 years was on last month April mo problem get back on in May they banned me for being a minor even after I sent my Dl User name and Bigo Id smh still nothing mo help from customer service feeling like I'm being targeted
I was unjustly banned for the entire month, losing out on an entire month's paycheck. When I appealed, I got no contact within 3 days. And it didn't go farther because I paid them real money to unban me.
I am not going to be quiet about how you are banning HARD WORKING HOSTS for UNJUST VIOLATIONS and allowing PORNOGRAPHIC BEHAVIOR TO GO UNPUNISHED. I have had to come back from unjust bans SEVERAL TIMES. Bigo has become my livelihood to get through college. So far the most disgusting and quite disturbing app I've witnessed. Nothing but pornographic content broadcasts.
