Nope not really considering the times I've decided to order through them I've had issues.

I didn't have good luck with BikeBandit.com. I ordered 2 tires; one of them was defective. It was out of round, but it wasn't visible until it was mounted and aired to manufacturer's specifications. I contacted BikeBandit.com for a return authorization. They told me the tire couldn't be returned because it had been "mounted".

Yes they made me buy from someone else as I will never use bike bandit again, I recommend you save your money and but elsewhere

No, sadly I can not. There may be a success story out there for this company, but not in my experience. It is my experience that this company is completely unreliable and they have no accountability. I truly believe you have a better chance of winning the lottery than you do for recieving your order

Its clearly a scam. What can be done to remedy us as customers?

Plenty of small parts showed up in less than a week but it's not an overnight type of place
