It is a legit company. They are rather expensive too use and their customer support is non-existent if something is wrong with the order.

Well from what I've seen as an employee it's a scam

It is a currently operating company. This company is likely to cheat you to give you awful customer service and to take your money even if an order is wrong or largely in complete or undelivered or canceled. They are subpar compared to all of their competitors. They don't seem to have any trouble with a widespread policy of charging customers for canceled orders when they know that it takes 3 to 5 days sometimes to get a "refund". Means you get charged even if your order is canceled and they take your money out of your account Knowing that the service and the food they have just charged you for will not be delivered. They will charge you for already canceled orders.
