I ordered my blind and received it as promised. Because the window is over the kitchen sink the included wand was too short for me to reach over the counter. I called customer service and they had the factory send me a longer wand at no charge. Probably the best problem resolution experience I have ever had. This company should be proud of their product, their employees and their desire to give great service.
Wish it was less expensive. Thats my only thing. I measured several times and when this was hung, the blind itself was short by about an inch on both sides. I feel like they took the brackets into account for the measurement and not the blind itself. It's is hanging but very disappointed

We have purchased shutters for our home on 4 separate occasions and now have all our downstairs windows done. Even though we did have one ordering issue with one of the orders and were a little put off by the insensitivity of the customer service rep I spoke with, and another (our first order) that came with a few damaged parts, our overall experience has been good and the shutters are beautiful. We would buy again and recommend.
One of my orders appeared to not go in, so I processed the order again, but upon review of the status, there were 2 of the same orders charged to my credit card. I called Customer Service and the rep told me to just do nothing, insisting that one of the orders would simply "drop off". I stated that I didn't feel comfortable just waiting to see if it would "drop off" but she did not seem empathetic. I have had other situations in the past with other vendors where I was charged twice and it was not always so easy to correct or reverse. Eventually, she told me that if one did not drop off, I could call back and they would address it. All I wanted was some reassurance that they had a process to correct it if it did not go as she predicted. The extra charge did eventually reverse, but because of previous experiences (albeit with other vendors) where it didn't go as she insisted, it was her "smug" attitude that I did not appreciate.
I am a repeat buyer and never had a problem with previous orders, but this time it was charged to my PayPal acct (I received a confirmation email), but no order number. I had to send the order in again, but now have 2 charges for the same order on my PayPal. I was told by Amber of Customer Service that the 1st charge should drop off in 3-4 days, but that is not reassuring for the 3-4 days, esp if it does not occur.
Not received any products yet, but ordering process seems fine. Pricing before sales discount is a little confusing.
Generally good except no place to indicate the depth of a protruding sill (2 panels are the same, 1.5 inches, but the big window is only 1.0 inches)
The web is easy to use most of the time and the samples came fast. When placing the orders had to change what we wanted as motorized sliding door shades do not come as an inside mount option. Had to go with an outside mount for the sliding door. Looks good, but would like to have known that a non motorized inside mount shade spanning the entire sliding door could have bean purchased, and at lower cost. Or they need to provide this option: a split, inside mount, motorized product. The web

I've had these shades for exactly five months. The fabric on the sides is already starting to fray. Worse than that is the fact that the chain broke. I called and waited on hold (there is no way to email the company anymore). After a long hold, they agreed to send me a new chain after I sent them pictures documenting the fact that the chain broke (in case I'm in the blind-chain-collection business). There were no instructions on installing a new chain, and I had to take apart everything, further fraying the fabric (now stuck because I can't roll up the blinds without a chain). Without instructions on how to re-install the new chain, I'm stuck. There are no videos or tutorials on my particular model. The quality was a disappointment. Five months, really?
I placed my order with the help of a terrific customer service agent. Scheduling window measurement and installation of my new blinds was very easy (and actually happened more quickly than predicted. How often does that happen?!) All blinds arrived in perfect condition.

I am a repeat customer and need to order two more shades that match what we bought last year. However the color we ordered last year, "Snow" is not offered anymore so I tried to ask if that's the same as "Pure White". The attempted chat was at 11:45am Sat 8/31/24. So, I placed the order and unfortunately the new color didn't match very well. I contacted Customer Service and was very happy with the rep's help. She found a better color match and ordered new shades for us. We're very happy with the new shades!

Blinds.com was a great experience from finding the right type to finding the right color. The website helped me with measuring and installation. Shipping was reasonable fast for something custom built for each window.
These blinds are even better than I hoped they would be. They are durable, easy to use, look great and they are easy to install. It took me only a few minutes to install them and put them to use.
They were also shipped quickly and packed very well so as not to be damaged during shipping.

Easy to navigate site and helpful customer service on the phone. I ended up installing the blinds myself which was very straightforward and a simple process. Just needed a drill and used the hardware they provided. Love the black out feature of these cell shades, it works well.

From the samples I ordered deluxe wood blinds for my kitchen and cloth pleated shades for master bedroom and bath.all are superb and I am very pleased with this, my third order. Our order came ahead of the estimated delivery date which was great as we had a visit scheduled for our new grandchild and these blinds were for the nursery at our home. The installation was easy with simple to follow instructions. Ordering was also easy as there were specific instructions in measuring to add additional spacing for window cranks. Really helpful!
Very easy to find what I needed, and the ordering process was very smooth. I'm glad we can have our windows professionally measured and the blinds installed for us. The blinds are very nice, and I like that they're cordless. My only complaint is that they smelled very strong out of the box, and it's taken a couple of weeks to get the smell out enough that I don't have an allergic reaction to them.
Easy to order! Follow the directions for measuring and you're led step by step through the customization process. They turned out just as I wanted and look beautiful on the windows in my bedroom. A great price and very nice quality.

Once I found out which products were on sale, everything went smoothly. Although retired 18 years now, I was in the window coverings business for 40 years, so was interested in how your products compare with those that I sold. In a word, they were excellent and at a price lower than what I paid for wholesale back in the 1980s through 2005. My only wish is that I had more windows to do.
Always order from you and never unhappy with the ordering experience or the product. However latest blind delivery in July saw me disappointed that the color was green and not chambray colored which is how it appeared in the picture. Didn't return as I know they are custom made and I needed blinds.
