Avoid them. They send dead flowers totally different from what you order. They refuse to refund. Shocking customer service. WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN.

We ordered an expensive bokay of flowers for our mom. Online it was nice and white, what she got is some tight lilies that won't bloom after a few days already! Very embarrassing! I would NOT recommend anyone looking for a peaceful gift to choose Bloomex. Very Upset :(

No and any success stories or posts/4-5 star ratings you do see is because this company clearly lies and rates itself on websites in order to keep themselves from looking like the scam artists they actually are.

I was an idiot for using them twice. The first time they explained it away because it was valentines, and allegedly they were very busy. They still fucked up the second time around.
