How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Bloomex?

There isn't any. They don't care and have no conscience.

Not easy at all, Managers only deal with customers via email takes up to two days and every time you send a reply it's another 2 days before you hear back.!

Its horrendous you cant get through via phone and the online "live chat" is a bot

Not helpful at all even when you do. I had a chat with a rep and they said they would refund. They did not.

You have to talk to a robot named "John" via online chat to then ask for a customer service operator who limits what you can say in the chat aside from clicking yes or no options pretty much.

You may reach a person who speaks but do not hope that you'll get a person who knows what they are talking about. Useless, at best.

Supervisor non existent. Asked for money back but customer service could not assist.
