Zero. Response time 1 hr or always 30 calls ahead of you!

If you manage to get thru and you ask for a refund you will get hung up on, lied to about they'll investigate and get right back to you within 24 hours, and completely REFUSE to issue a refund... BE SMART DON'T GO HERE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU GARBAGE. STUFF YOU NEVER ORDERED!

I called customer service and was on hold for a very long time. When someone finally answered, she said someone would call me to follow up with the non-delivery issue. Still waiting...

Had no trouble getting in touch with a person to speak to, but then they do nothing for you. They put you on hold multiple times while "talking to someone" about your issue. Then ultimately tell you they will review everything you told them and get back to you. Then you never hear from them again...unless you call them again. Then you get the same run-around. They have this routine down!
