This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

My old Bluehost host was running out of disk, so I asked to upgrade. After several emails back & forth, one of their IT folks spent several hours on the phone with me, arriving at an appropriate hosting solution and enabling the transfer of my shell account and web site to the new VPS host, dealing with startup issues, making sure nothing (especially the constant stream of new emails) was lost, and helping configure the site.
I myself am a software professional with decades of experience, but am not a sysadmin. The explanations, planning, and execution, the support in general, were faultless, supportive, clear, and professional.
There were odds and ends left over from the migration. Tech support quickly and efficiently addressed each of those (configuration issues, missing software to download and install).

I have had an account and several domains with bluehost for years and will continue to use them. They deliver what they promise. The uptime is excellent. I have nothing negative to say about bluehost.
The customer support and information was always available. Some service representatives were more helpful than others. But if you kept at it success would finally come. My task was especially difficult because I wanted to use my old domain and transferring it was a major challenge. The website is now fully functional.

There is always somebody available at blue host to help you if you have a problem. This was very important to me when I ran my business with photo viewing and shopping cart etc. we also ran a vacation rental with all information and booking contracts on our web site and because Blue Host we had virtually zero downtime.
