You will NEVER get anything but a robotic answer over and over... if you can actually find a phone number to call... which I did... it is a recording explaining they do not have actual people to talk to... I sent them 67 emails... and got 67 of the same STUPID response. They charged me a 17% fee on the one and only sale I had. STAY AWAY...
I'm not sure why there is so much negativity about Bonanza. I have purchased and sold on the site for a long time and have never had an issue. Most of the sellers also sell on eBay and Amazon and the same contact, communication, refund, returns apply with Bonanza as they do with eBay. Also, if you use PayPal they have a refund policy if seller cannot prove delivery and/or buyer is not satisfied. Visit my shop on Bonanza and you will see that the same methods to determine if you're buying from a good seller that eBay uses apply are also on Bonanza. Joyce's Variety Shop.
It's not fake but I will never use again. I paid 79.00 for 6 seasons of Downton abbey and one season didn't work at all and all I could get from them were computerized responses telling me I had to tell them again and again and again. They are not set up to handle anything you buy that does not work. Go somewhere else to buy. Do not use bonanza!
