There's really no relationship except in the aspect of goods & services and supply & demand. They provided low cost items and we as consumers buy them... There is no "them" without us... Their in competition with " others" for our hard earned $. Hope this helps

I honestly don't believe they build a relationship. They have dreadful reviews from delivery to sizing. There is no phone number when there is a problem. If you send a message they are so so nice & say they understand etc etc. It is JUST about money, & nothing else. They are given a script to stick to & that is it. I have contacted them before & got the same script
