Hi, For payment it's normal than after the website, i receive an email which ask me all my informations of credit card write on white paper?

Please be advised that we tried to locate your confirmation details but couldnt find one. So would request you to kindly share your confirmation number, booking ID, email ID and contact number so that we can check internally and have this case addressed on priority
