You have to contact your bank on credit card and start a refund payment request. You WILL have to do this. This company is completely ghost. There is 0 customer service available. You will not receive your order for months and you will not receive all the items you placed and paid for. You will then not be able to talk to anybody for resolution. You will have to create a dispute about the charge and get it refunded. By the way the items that you might receive in several months will be less than dollar store quality as well. BBB needs to shut them down!
They evidently use China for their work. I ordered masks on 5-13, and tired of excuses, called bank put in a stop payment in case they try to charge my card, never received!
Their products are made in China, though the website says made in the USA. Inadvertently left inspection tags In a batch of mask air filters gave this away. If you don't mind that the COVID virus also originated there, then you won't be bothered by this piece of deception.
I've been waiting over 7 weeks, when I was initially told I would receive my order in 1-2 weeks. Good luck!
Hi Paula - I just received my masks today after 6 1/2 weeks. I read your review, and I'm wondering what you mean about the contact between nose and mouth could be detrimental. They are poisonous? Could you please, please explain these to me? I want to know if these things are dangerous. (I'm an older gal with medical conditions.) Thank you so much! -Jodie
