Placed order with them. Tracking scan info given. Checked on tracking number and it showed canx 2 minutes after it was made. Got email confirmation saying it was shipped and will be delivered 15 Jul 24. Nothing showed up. Sent email, no reply. Sent another 3 emails, no reply. Tried calling only to be told best way to contact them is through email. Finally went through Credit Card company to get a refund. Bottom line: Don't waste your time with this company. Finally ordered radiator off eBay cheaper.

I ordered a radiator for them like 3 weeks ago online because it was the cheapest one I could find. After 2 weeks the radiator never arrived. I tried to contact them to cancel my order and I haven't been able to get a hold of anybody. The phone number to the company has been disconnected. Emails have gone unresponded to and nobody is monitoring the chat function on their website. It has now nearly been a month, no radiator and they took my money with no way of getting it back. Do not order from them

On March 11th, I ordered a radiator for my truck, but decided I would rather grab one from the junkyard. I figured it would get me on the road faster, plus why not save a few bucks going used. I try calling them right after I placed the order, and couldn't get anyone on the line. Then I send them an email 10 minutes after placing my order, requesting that it be cancelled immediately. 24 hours later, I get a shipping confirmation email, and a response to my original chain basically saying "it already went out".

No big deal, this was obviously their mistake, so they'll just take it back right? I won't even be opening the shipping packaging, so no the radiator will be in new condition. When the thing finally shows up on March 18th, I email back and ask to process a return. Now they want me to cover the shipping and a 30% restocking fee because they made a mistake and didn't get to my correspondence in a timely manner.

Don't buy from these people. They are impossible to reach, and from what I have read here and on BBB, they don't stand behind their products anyway. Just buy somewhere else!

I ordered a MIZ 1212 and it came promptly. Unfortunately it never made it into the car since it leaked badly from the tank seams. They sent me another quickly. It too leaks badly right out of the box. There was no apparent shipping damage on either box so I have to assume that they were both leaky from the factory. When I contacted them about the leaky replacement their reply was to pay to ship it back and wait to see if they will replace it. No timeframe provided.

I'm not sure this is a legit business, a drop shipper or scam. 4 calls to this company with zero confidence. I don't believe they stock anything. The agents don't know what they are talking about then Hang up on people when they can't answer a question. Never again. Buyer BEWARE!

This company has a theft policy that they refer to as their ‘Return Policy.' They sent me the ‘wrong item' but I am responsible for paying for the return, and on top of that I can either ‘accept' a partial refund (which would include a 30% restocking fee), or have an in-store exchange account. The options are criminal, as I am being forced to oblige the company that caused the mishap. I should be completely exonerated from financial obligation. If their return policy is legal, then it means that any person ordering by mail (electronic included) from anyone is subject to this ‘monetary hostage' situation. I have chosen to take the financial loss before I allow them to hostage me.

Sent me the wrong size and a damaged item. Then tried to feet my money back. They want me to pay the shipping which is almost as much as the radiator I bought. Either way I go I lose money. They are not worth using. You would think since they sent out the wrong one and damaged they would pay the shipping fee. No that's on you if you use them. Just find someone else to get it from.

They shipped my new radiator and it didn't work because they were missing the inserts for the transmission lines. I called them and you can't talk to anyone, you have to email them. Then they treat it like an insurance claim. You have to pay to ship it back and they'll let you know if you will get a credit. The right thing to do would have been to overnight a radiator that will work and send a return label for the mistake the company made. I'll never order from them again. I was stuck.

Ordered initial radiator - Nov 2018, it was leaking bad enough to contact and request warranty replacement in Aug 2019. Had to pay $18.00 fee for shipping or new radiator, had to pay Fedex/UPS for return shipment, which of course I can't get for $18.00. The cost to return PLUS the $18.00 fee was almost as much as the radiator.
May 2020, replacement radiator is leaking. Requested RMA on second unit. I was told, sorry, your original warranty is up.
2 radiators - 9 months each. Not good.

Ordered a more expensive CRX radiator and got a cheaper Mizu radiator. No one apologized no one offered to refund me the price difference between the two all they said was on my dime I had to return what they sent me and if it arrived undamaged they would give me a refund. So in other words they could leave me without a radiator and without my refund if they claimed it was damaged on return. This place is a scam it's a con they will only deal with you on email and they stopped responding to my emails when I kept demanding a refund. Do not do business here. Look at all the bad reviews.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site

The wrong one they sent me. After all they are con artists if I send it back they would say it was damaged and not give me any refund and I'd be without my money and the radiator

If I could give 0 stars I would, they sent me the wrong radiator, and they wouldn't send me a shipping label to send it back, it was going to cost me $58 dollars to send it back and the item cost me $80,

ORDERED A RADIATOR, THEY SENT THE NON FACTORY SPECIFIED ONE AND LINE ADAPTERS ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT. TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH!. EMAILED AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE A RETURN POLICY THAT I HAVE YET TO SEE. $47.00 TO RETURN AND I ALREADY PAID$21.00 TO START WITH FOR SHIPPING. MORE THAN THE RADIATOR WAS! THIS PLACE IS BS AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I GUESS MY RADIATOR WILL BE A YARD ORNAMENT OR A BOAT ANCHOR, I HAVE NOT DECIDED YET!

Bought a radiator, paid for shipping, never received the radiator, though fedex scanned it as delivered.
Opened a claim with fedex and they couldn't locate the package, and was unable to accept liability due to BuyARadiator not providing the needed information on the original shipping label. Costumer service is terrible. They don't accept responsibility for lacking important information on the label and im sure they're aware of Fedex's liability policy. -if you're not aware. If there's not a "signature required" OR an "item value" printed on the label, fedex cannot accept liability. -

When i addressed this problem with BuyARadiator shipping department, they said they purposely don't require a signature to make it less likely they get automatic returns. They never even acknowledged that they also didnt provide an "item value", despite mentioning it to them 3 different times.

They basically told me it wasnt their problem and offered me a 25% off code for my next purchase. L O L. No thanks.

I already bought a more expensive radiator from a local shop, so thanks for making me pay twice the amount for a seemingly minor vehicle repair. You guys could have at least reimbursed what i paid for shipping.
Completely ridiculous.

Subject: Re: ORDER BR*******

Dear Kevin,

The Refund Policy on our website states we can offer full store credit or partial refund if you have no use for the radiator and would like to send it back. The radiator must be in new, unused and uninstalled condition. The customer would be responsible for shipping it back to our warehouse and the refund is subject to a 30% restocking fee and the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you would like to send it back in for a partial refund/full store credit, the manufacturer requires photos of the front, back, etc of the radiator (do not remove plastic) before a rma# and return address is given. If you agree to the terms for return, please email us back with the photos requested of the radiator so we can resolve this in a timely manner.

I just received the radiator and have not opened it. When I began removing the old one I discovered the cooling fan had come unplugged. We pressure tested the system and confirmed that the overheat and steam was the result of the cooling fan coming unplugged. What do I need to do to arrange to return it?
Thank you,
