I buy take-out for my family of four every Friday. For three weeks in a row, Captain D's has shorted my drive-thru order by $10 or more. They don't give receipts so you can dispute any shortages. Their staff has failed to get my order correct. When I try to contact them, the phone number is out of service. There is no customer support contact website, e-mail, or telephone number. Their corporate HQs (Centre Partners) allows this bad business practice to go on because it saves them money. Also, the food is placed in styrofoam containers, which makes it soggy and appetite-killing to look at. The crab shells have no crab meat in them, has no taste, and leaves a wax-like film in your mouth. Save your money and eliminate frustration by cooking at home.

My son and I are on a tight budget and don't get to eat out ofter. We had been looking forward to our meal at Captin D's for awhile.
We got our food and couldn't wait to open it but it was the worst meal we had in a long time. The fish was slime and taste off, shrimp taste strange and the hush puppies where burn. That wasn't the worst of it, the tarter sauce and cottail sauce smelled and taste like cleaning chemicals. We had to throw 25$ worth of food away and felt sick after tasting the food. Ruined our evening!
Set in line 20 minutes cause speaker was not working when I placed my order I was told to park out front and they would bring it to me. Set out front for about 20 and the lady that was behind me got her order first plus two other people got theirs. When I went inside they had gave my food to someone else.
First the food was okay they charged me twice finally after 3 days got a refund but really set me off when I got home which is about 20 miles away no hush puppies my fault for not looking but I shouldn't have to
We enjoyed our dinner so much. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Greeted us when we arrived & thanked us when we left.
Must be new management. Sure was different than the last time that we visited.

Go to captain d's in lebanon tn. Once a week, the food is good, the service is very good, bathrooms are clean, the place is clean, plenty of parking, and you can get a meal under 5 dollars
The food was very good and delicious, I would definitely come back and eat again sometime soon with the family. Oh not to mention the service it was great and the food came out quick.
Went to Perry Captain Ds and the Manger there was the most unprofessional i have seen yet. I am a General Manager at a restaurant and understand how some customers can be frustrated. U dont announce as she commented while taking our order " they r doing to much" and taking deep breaths while we changed our order. When I approached the window i asked for the general manger phone number and she advised she was the manager and the but she was the one making the unnecessary comment which continued in front of us with another employee listening and really not acknowledging the manager because she kept on, on how she didnt care. If yall want business from big family please take care of this matter to show us family that are big that we can go order comfortably with no noticable frustration. Customer service and especially management in a restaurant is tough but u never make a paying customer regret they order there. Good luck with the manager in Perry she will make sure u habe no returning customers
