200 dollars is not a lot but if i order something and gave you good money i prefer to have the same good product

They are not reliable. If they mess up your order you will have such a hard time.

So far I have had only a few problems. They were much better in the past about 5 years ago. Recently, there have been quite a few issues with product delivery as well as differences of how the product looks on the website versus the actual product itself. There were also issues with Paypal payments as they wanted me to verify my payment through paypal. When I contacted Paypal, they advised against it. I got a refund after a lot of e-mails back and forth. The issue with paypal payments was resolved. I recommend UTSAV fashion.

They are pretty good! They have delivered and come through many times for me.
Place orders 4-5 weeks in advance of when you need it. Since sometimes there are unforeseen delays. Otherwise, great product and service.

I have found Cbazaar Customer Care to be extremely responsive to customers. Since outfits are customized, shipping can take a longer time than pre-made outfits. However, Customer Care goes out of their way to make sure that your measurements are correct and that you will be happy with the final product. If you are not, they are quick to offer a refund or store credit.
As far as reliability, *every* ensemble that I have ordered from Cbazaar has lived up to its photo on the site in color and style, and that's saying a lot! I have made 31 orders from Cbazaar this year alone, and they have all been fantastically beautiful! I feel confident buying here.
