I have called 6 times in the last 2 weeks to try and get an answer to when my car will be delivered. To date still no confirmation. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow from when the car was picked up in QLD. Still don't know when I will get my car in VIC and I'm worried about the condition it will be in after all this time. Just so frustrated..
My car was ground up restored and built from an original *** Toyota Celica Supra in perfect condition and transported from Perth to Sydney. *** kept me updated online with their tracker and any concerns addressed by their call centre. I used the Premium Enclosed Service and it arrived on the day stated with a friendly call from the Depot in Minto without a mark. They even covered the seat and footwells to ensure it stayed clean. The drivers genuinely cared about the cars and *** did too. Thanks again, will definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience. I had my Alfa *** transported from Western Australia to New South Wales. They collected from my sisters address and delivered it to my location. Vehicle was in great condition when it arrived. Loved the tracking service online and knew where the vehicle was at all times. 10/10 service. Very impressed with the focus on customer service! Received a personal call from the team 24 hours before delivery to confirm drop off location.

I used CEVA to transport my Porsche 911 from Brisbane to Sydney. They offered a range of service levels (covered truck / vehicle wrapping etc) and delivered door to door within 4 business days.
Everything went smoothly and the cost was very competitive.
The service was fantastic, car picked up in Adelaide and dropped of at our nominated address ahead of schedule. The one negative is that your over seas call center is very frustrating and very hard to converse with, I rang three times and spoke to three different people and had the same experience each time. I highly recommend finding a better call center
I went with CEVA purely based on price but also found each of the staff I spoke with to be great. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is on the day I wanted to collect my vehicle I ran multiple times late in the afternoon to check someone would still be there (traffic was really bad) and it rang out. But other than that its been a great experience.
Initial call was slightly unsatisfactory. The person who took the call was not as helpful and forthcoming with information as I had expected. However, once we got a quote etc things improved. Processing at the time of delivery and on receipt of the vehicle in Perth was highly satisfactory. Car was well looked after in transit.
From the customer service when I dropped off my car at Townsville depot to arrival in Minto depot for pickup. Arrive well in advance of the expected day and they were very flexible with my pick up dates as obviously the car arrived a lot earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend this company, their professionalism puts me at ease.
The process was very easy. The only minor item of note was that when I originally called for a quote and to discuss the process the call centre operator did not seem to know about the car details although I provided make and model. They sounded like they were not in Australia. All other aspects went very smoothly and all staff I dealt with at the two depots were excellent and very professional and friendly.
Was recommended CEVA by other car owners who had vehicles freighted from other states. Initial enquiry and booking was frustrating felt very unpersonable, it was just like they were *** questions at you and they were really hard to understand. When you spend money on a vehicle you want your customer service to have some kind of understanding around the logistics and concerns of transporting your new purchase across the country. I nearly choose to go else where because of this but many of our friends praised your service.
Cost effective compared to other quotes we received.
Communication at time of delivery here in South Australia was fantastic, though there were issues and it didn't get delivered to my door as originally planned, communication regarding this was great as to the reason why and an alternative was made to get it delivered the very next day to our choice of repair / mechanic. This is the kind of customer service that should be received right from the start.
Have moved 4 cars now with CEVA. My issues would be as follows:
1) No feedback wrt a condition report when dropping the vehicle off. You drop your car and leave with no paperwork at all. Quite disconcerting.
2) Tracking service update is very slow. The car has usually arrived and the tracking still shows its departure from port as Planned.
3) On the last car movement the vehicle was late with no notification.
I used Ceva based on a personal recommendation and they lived up to their reputation. I was also impressed by the kind and professional way the woman at the Wingfield front desk engaged in training a new employee. I had the opportunity to observe this as I was waiting for a few minutes for my car to be brought out.
Final quote was cheaper than initial quick quote which was a good surprise!
My car left WA sooner than expected and arrived 2 weeks earlier than the estimated date in NSW. Professional service and very easy to deal with. Car tracking was really helpful.
The receptionist at both departure and arrival were extremely helpful and competent. Ceva is a very professional outfit, I felt confident leaving my vehicle with them. The guys that did the "scratch check" were very polite and pleasant to deal with. An awesome mob!
Super easy. Only bad point was my car was given a hose down upon arriving in Brisbane and was left in the sun. Ended up with water spots all over it, would’ve been happier if they just left it *** so I could clean it myself.
The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the difficulty presented when booking, due to service staff with very strong accents, this makes booking unpleasant, constantly repetitious with failure to take down correct details making it necessary to utilize 3 staff just to give basic booking information that should not have taken longer than 12 mins to acomplish
Competitive pricing. Very courteous on the phone. Communicated well letting us know where the car was ie. Being picked up, in transit and on arrival. Pick up and drop off very smooth. Vehicle arrived in good condition. Friendly staff.
Highly professional service dealing with the team at Brisbane. Smooth drop off and pick up. However on the negative I did not like speaking to an overseas call centre when trying to get details about a local pick up during COVID-19.

Lady dealing with me today was patronising unhelpful and rude. Spoke to me like i was stupid putting her hands up to
me in an aggressive manner. She did not know how to deescalate a customer issue. Needs customer serv with me to resolve an issue
Before booking online I rang CEVA to get some more information and book a vehicle transport from Melbourne to Tasmania. The people I spoke to were very difficult to understand (strong Indian accent) and they had no idea about the geography of Australia. I told them I lived on the north coast of Tasmania and they told me they deliver to a place called "How... Bart"
They quoted me over $1400 but I was able to work it out myself and book the transport for around $900 door to door.
CEVA need to give their foreign workers a map of Australia and a geography lesson when they are inducted. Your telephone enquiry service personnel just sounded like an outsourced foreign call centre following a script. Dreadful
Online/email communication was great. Telephone communication was dreadful. Don't call them - Book via their website
After my frustrating dealings with CEVA on the phone I tried to find an alternative carrier to ship a car from Melbourne to Tasmania but I could not find one. I had to book with CEVA as there was no alternative.
Online booking was great and it was the only service I could find
