Sizing is average. Be sure to read the size charts.

I would maybe go with an XL? I'm 5'4,120 lbs, usually a size 2 (or 26/27) and I ordered a small. It fits pretty true to size. It's a little snug around my shoulders/armpits, but doesn't bother me to the point that I'd return it. I'll just lay off the weights for a bit

The site lists measurements in centimeters and inches and gives you different sizes to go by based on your region. I found all this information to be helpful and it was all true to size.
