I ordered a black jumper with love hearts on this jumper, which is beautiful and soft and well made. The red jumper is lovely to. Custom service is brilliant. I made a mistake and emailed them thinking it was another company. I'm truly sorry about this happening. I will definitely be ordering again. I ordered 3 jumpers all just as nice as the other. I ordered 5 psirs of socks, those great quality also. Thank you for your support. I have learning difficulties and autism, and get confused. So sorry. B

I really loved this outfit. Got all three pieces, although te bustier didn't arrived with the rest as there were shortages of the material, the only thing they could be done was to say when I bought it: out of stock.
However I have email them and asked them if there was a replacement that they could send as I needed it urgently for this wedding I was going. They handled it very well and very promptly 5gold starts, very happy

I almost never order online, as I'm not one to return items that don't work for me. I took a chance with ChicWish, and I'm happy that I did. All the items (three sweaters and a knit dress) that I received were of good quality. The shipping times were good, also. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again. The only thing I regret is that I'm too old to wear some of their fresh, young styles-they're so pretty! C'est la vie.

I did not receive my entire order and I cannot reach anyone to in order to get help. It shows that my complete order was shipped but there was only one item in the package. How can I get my other items as I cannot reach anyone at your company to resolve my problem. To makes things worse, I paid for expedited shipping. I am so frustrated. Never again!

Lack of free shipping and free returns (when you placed an order between £160-340) is a huge barrier. If I see a similar product on a different platform such as zalando or John Lewis I'd more likely shop there with oeace if mind I can exchange for better size without paying shipping and returns.
I also didn't receive an instant email confirmation which made me worried.

I have purchased at least six or seven items from Chicwish. I have loved them all. I get many compliments and people ask where did I get my outfit recently I bought this really elegant black knit top with a deep V-neck and mesh around the collar. It is vintage and modern at the same time I can easily pair it with three skirts I bought from chicwish. They are really unusual and timeless

This was my first time buy with chicwish, though I didn't get order confirmation, they were quick to respond back after I communicated the issue on chatbot. The order was dispatched quickly and I received it in decent amount of time compared to other stores that dispatch from China. I live in New Zealand.
The quality of the dress was amazing which I wasn't expecting.

This Pearly Contrast Heart Soft Fuzzy Knit Cardigan is my FAVORITE! It is luxuriously soft and feels like a warm hug. When I have worn it out, I have gotten numerous compliments. Chickwish's Customer Service Team is also great. I ordered a medium but changed my mind and they were able to adjust my order and send me the new size. I highly recommend Chickwish.

Stretchy material fits well around the curves. Length is good not too long. Material looks expensive. Bought it for a wedding and received many compliments. Happy with thr dress I would recommend.

I bought this maxi dress and the dress looks beautiful (as shown in photos). Great quality, but only wish the dress was a bit longer. I got the XS/S and I'm 164cm in height. The dress stops just above the ankle bones.
I had accidentally ordered the wrong size initially so I contacted the customer service team via email, they were quick to respond and promptly corrected the size on my order. Overall, I'm happy with the experience.

If you order three items and the product is back ordered, you should be made aware that only two items are shipping and one is back ordered in the packing list. The lack of communication and number of emails that had to be sent to get an answer from customer service was incredibly frustrating. Still not sure what's happening with my credit for the return if the return was received for the skirt it's just a bit of a nightmare.

It took close to 4 weeks to receive my order. Customer service was very responsive but they were not able to give me a usable tracking number until a few days before the order arrived. I was worried it wouldn't come in time for what I needed. It ended up working out and I love the clothes. But wish I could have had a tracking number or a better estimate of shipping earlier in the process.

I love my black knit cape. I like how I can still see the shirt I'm wearing underneath. It fits great and looks very classy!

So after 17 days the order arrived. Paid £56 including 10% off for a dress that despite looking lovely in the website is actually made of stiff, scratchy acrylic material. I wish I'd taken notice of the other reviews about the delivery time, as I had to email after 14 days to see where it was. Not worth the hassle of returning it. Maybe I could use it to line the dog's bed.

Skirt amazing. I'm very, very fussy, but done beautifully. Worth the purchase price by far. A must have.

I apologize for forgetting to write a review. I am 75 yrs old and have always wanted a Thule skirt. I never even look at them thinking I could never afford. Then someone told me to check ChicWish! I tried it on as soon as it arrived and did not take it off for 8 hours! Perfection! Thank you.

I wish they said what size US model usually wears not just her height and dress size. Let's see how delivery goes, looking forward to a good experience. This is my first purchase and I'm a bit nervous about it as I never order clothing online

Shipping was very long, which is not great but 2 out of 3 were exceptional dresses, with amazing quality. Im very pleased with that. One dress wasn't of great quality because it was very itchy material but besides that I would use Chicwish again, please make your shipping faster or consider having a warehouse in the US. It took 1 month to receive the dress I wanted the most.
