I ordered a "3312 adapter" from circuit specialists. The product was shipped quickly and without any transaction issues. The one major problem is that this adapter is using counterfeit serial converter chips and therefore the drivers do not work in Windows 8.1 or higher.

The CSI Premier worked as advertised out of the box. Time will tell how well it continues to work but so far, so good, especially considering its price point. Has more features than units costing much more. The one year warranty is not commonly found in this price range, with some of the competitors offering only 30 days which, in some instances, is not even enough time to verify proper operation. I like it.

This particular model of O-Scope meets all of my requirements and does so at a very reasonable price. The O-Scope was properly packaged to prevent damage while in transit and upon arrival there were absolutely no issues with it's condition. I ordered a PC based oscilloscope late last week and it got here within 4 days. I am very pleased with the quality and care taken in packing and shipping this item. I also am happy with the product build quality and durability along with the small form factor. I could not afford a large, bulky standard oscilloscope, and this product opened up a new facet in diagnostic capability on my work bench.

The courier had the wrong address, incorrect phone number, had to pay a brokerage fee before they corrected the address. Courier would only take a online payment, not cash. Delivery was delayed three days because of this. Do not deal with DHL. Last purchase with circuit specialists I never had this problem.

I could tell that the scope had been returned. After using it for awhile I know why. It's the logic analyzer part. The connector area of the wire that goes in to the push clips were a little dirty. Probably because they don't stay on the push clips. I put 8 on and 6 fell on the floor. Also, there is no stress relief on the ribbon cable connected to the DB25. Maybe they should drop this model from their line.

The variac was the best price that I found. It arrived fairly quickly and was packed extremely well so it was in pristine shape. The pouch for the 10 piece pliers I ordered, item number HH*******SET arrived with a razor cut down the center of the middle of the pouch. Very disappointing that you would ship me a product in this condition.
