Ordered cleaning supplies right before Thanksgiving and order arrived on Dec 3,2024. The gallon bleach jugs were leaking and damaged the box and anything it came in contact with. Could not reach anyone by phone so I had to submit an email. Waiting to hear back about a replacement.

CleanItSupply used UPS to deliver my items. Now, sometimes, my items get damaged and CleanItSupply is always ready to make it even though it was not their fault that an item gets damaged. They answer their emails quickly and solve the problem most satisfactory. Great job!

Quick and simple order placing. I ordered the extension cord from Clean It Supply and it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time.
Because of how my last order was delivered and because it has what I need and want in stock when I need and want it in stock and because my package was shipped and delivered in what I would consider a reasonable amount of time. I ordered Original Scent Dawn because I really don't like the "new" scent of Dawn. Dawn is the best product on the market for doing dishes, getting spot stains out, and car washing. I ordered a case, and it was quickly delivered. I am a happy customer.

I've been purchasing from here for a while now and the last couple of purchases have taken so long to deliver. When I first started ordering my order would arrive in less than a week, now it's delayed up to three weeks sometimes longer. Not sure if it's just carrier problem.

A portion of my prior order was lost. The Toilet paper delivery is fine, don't order anything else because it might not be delivered and you'll be charged and not give a credit when your items never arrive. I've requested follow up on this lost package for months with no response.
You haven't lost a TP order yet, although the packages have arrived in questionable condition sometimes.
