on 4/14/15Canceling is super inconvenient. They allow you to upgrade by a push of a button but to cancel you have to call their phone number which is standard business EST. You can also email the provided address above but it doesn't work. Overall canceling is too much of a hassle. I would rather spend my money by buying the clothes for the amount I'm intially spending to rent it.
The important thing is to make sure everything is on it's way back before you cancel, and shipping each item separate may also help since this will give you a tracking number for each garment. I haven't cancelled, I truly like the service and have never had any issue that they didn't quickly resolve. Sometimes it takes longer then expected to get a package, but considering they usually send out the next garment(s) before they even receive yours back (assuming you notify them) I can deal with an occasional late shipment. Also they are constantly upgrading me and giving me an extra garment for 30 days, or 60 days... so even with late shipments, I come out way on top.
Make sure when you cancel, you take your returns to the post office and get a receipt. I would also take a picture of the garments and the tracking number.
I have yet to cancel, but there is a button that says "Cancel" that I imagine makes it pretty easy. For the handful of complaints here, keep in mind there are thousands of people who never had any problems. I recommend keeping track of your tracking numbers and making sure everything gets back to them. Even though they "know" what tracking numbers they have sent to you, they never know what specific garments you are shipping back because they aren't psychic. Follow up quickly and they are sure to resolve the issue.
I had to go to the bank and get them to reissue me a new card and that can be a real pain sometimes I would be very weary of it.
No it's not easy! Just read the complaint history on the BBB site for New York. Don't do it.
