Diana, that is a horrible explanation for a legitimate concern about LATE SHIPMENTS.

If GB is promising you TWO DAY SHIPPING, you should get TWO DAY SHIPPING. PERIOD.

I have had my GB packages shipped to different places and times depend on where the packages were shipped. They ship to you 3 day priority and your returns go back two day. When I get them at my home they go through Atlanta and from the time USPS starts moving the package I get it a day sooner than the tracking gives for an ETA. When I was out of town USPS shipped my package an extra 180 miles just because that's how they move mail for that area.
I shipped a return to GB and I keep my tracking #'s the USPS had package I'm in OH then shipped it to PA and let it sit for 72 hours.
If you know that in a day or two your returning an item return notify it ASAP, it takes about 3 days from notification to get your next package ready and shipped. Hope that helps!

NO. I signed up and instantly they did the charge to the account and instantly put it back; I mean like 2 seconds. I do not know if it makes a difference but i paid through Paypal. That is how i knew that they did not do a debit hold, or anything like that.
