Very quick replies until something goes wrong, then extremely difficult and they ignore you

It's next to impossible- they only seem to care if you leave a negative review - but if they have your money and you don't leave a negative review don't expect to get in contact

They are very fast on reply, by email and by Phone! The customer serviceis so great that they even reply on week end! Really 5 stars service
