Finally i received my night stand. Quality and finish is good as mentioned on their website. Hope this will last longer. Customer service was also good there is a sales representative Samuel he gave me $30 discount. Everything was good except delivery time of 3 weeks.
Ordered bed set 9/28/20 and received shipment 11/24/20, two months! When received bed, it was damaged and dresser was wrong item. Still in process of trying to get items returned and money back. Called everyday and talked to same rep and he says I will get an email in 24-48 hours, still no email starting return. This company will take your money right away but ask you to be patient when you want it back. Total frauds as far as I'm concerned. Trying to get my money back and will purchase same set on wayfair for a little more money. At least I know they are not a bunch of crooks.
Very happy with the purchase of table. It looks exactly as I expected it to based on the photos. A slightly white washed wood grain texture.
The piece is sturdy enough for my small kids to stand and sit on without me being concerned but light enough for me to move around the room on my own.
Delivery was during the window selected and the 2 gentlemen who brought it in were friendly and helpful. The table was received in good condition, no damaged.

I am happy to have received table lamp. I saw the table lamp at my sister place it's look absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with this piece and started looking up online. Most of the places were I found this out of stock of the item and I was disappointed until I landed on comstrom.com. Not only was it in stock but also at reasonable price. I immediately call these guy to verify that the item was actually in stock. They confirm the stock that is and told me it could be ship in 4 to 5 business days.
I received this piece in perfect condition and it's now sitting on my server in dining room. Lot of my friends have complimented me on this beautiful piece so far.

This company allows you to purchase merchandise they do not have and cannot obtain. Then hold your money until you request a refund.
Plain and simple FRAUD!
Ordered the Madison Park Jillian counter stools. They are perfect - found them on Comstrom and saved myself several hundred $$s on the set of 4. One came slightly damaged and I was very pleased with the customer service process which quickly replaced the damaged stool. Will definitely be shopping Comstrom again.
At this point, the chicken coop I ordered four weeks ago still has not arrived. I have three-month-old chickens living in storage containers because I don't have a house for them. I was told today it would be another three weeks. I hope they will refund me some of the purchase price to make up for the huge delay! I will update my review if it comes On August 19 as I was told.

Ordered a white bench that said in stock. A few days later I received an email saying that it was on back order dated a month from the day I purchased it. One month later I call and they told me it would be another month. Yet on their website I could order the same bench that says in stock for a higher price. What kind of game are they playing.
I looked into your case and found out that it was a defective item showing up as a false inventory for this particular item. We indeed are out of stock on this item and don't expect to have it until the end of July.

This company sucks. They took $200 in a March, it's June and no shipment. All I get is a bunch of excuses. They don't send updates on my order, I have to constantly ask. I seriously think these people are a scam. Don't do business with these people! Buyer beware!

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I bought a piece of furniture and after a month it still had not shipped. I contacted them and they said I needed to pay 89 more dollars for oversized item shipping or cancel my order. I paid it and still could not get a tracking number. After 2 weeks I told them to cancel my order and refund my money multiple times. I kept getting responses that they would refund it and never received any refunds. Now I am out over $500 dollars.

I ordered a stepping stone for my mother for mother's day back in may still haven't received it. When I contact customer service all I get are pushed out dates and my package never comes by those dates
We started looking into purchasing a hot tub right as the pandemic was kicking off. We knew we would be spending a lot of time in the yard this summer, and wanted to make sure we had something special to enjoy. Comstrom had not only the product that we wanted, but it was in stock and available with quick shipping. The communication was fantastic, as we went back and forth to ask about specifics, and the item was delivered on time and within our budget! The hot tub itself is amazing (and it was hard to find this EXACT ONE) and we've been very satisfied with Comstrom!
Tip for consumers:
Try to buy extra filters with the additional purchase because they are hard to find! Kept going out of stock on the major online retailer we normally use.

I love furniture, but I wish I would've paid a little more for the assurance my investment wasn't in vain. I got my bed today. I had ordered a homey design bed with nightstand, dresser and mirror. It was very well packaged. The guys who delivered were super nice. They were kind enough to wait for me until came back home. They waited until I checked all the pieces. Since I'm a single mother with two little ones, there was no way I could bring it in and set up. I paid the delivery guys few extra bucks and they set up everything for me and removed the debris. The service was good that I could not stop thanking them and Comstrom for prompt delivery of my furniture. Highly Recommended. Will tell my friends about this place too.
I have been fighting this company since June (5 months) to get a refund on a product never delivered. After a few emails they simply erased my account. There is no information on corporate headquarters to try to raise your complaint to a higher level. At this point, they have stopped answering my emails and seem satisfied to keep my $500.00.
These chair are fabulous! They are very light weight but durable and very elegant! The color goes well with our decor and the price is amazing considering I saw them for $317 in a store and bought them for $208! Lovely addition to our new home!
Credit card was charged before item was shipped. I understood that there would be some delay in shipping, due to Covid 19, however package did not arrive for weeks. I received info. That Item would ship on a particular date and then received email that item was out of stock, offering me an alternate, I agreed to offer only to be informed that that item was out of stock. While on the phone with sales representative, questioning Comstrom sales practice, 32 of the items no longer available were found. Finally received purchase. Never again.

I ordered a chicken coop on April 26. They took the money from my account that day. As of July 12 I have still not received my coop or my money back. I have never been able to speak to a person only text or email. But I get emails with order suggestions from my past orders, like chiken coops and such.

An absolutely terrible experience. Called and emailed for two full weeks with total radio silence before being told that the nursing chair (which was listed as in-stock) couldn't be delivered for five months and abruptly canceling. They didn't even bother to answer or respond to >10 phone calls, and 5 emails.
My son was not able to go to the gym during COVID quarantine, so we were looking for dumbbells. Found them on comstrom for a good price. Ordered them. No indication of any kind whether the order was being filled or shipped at all. Two weeks later my son found the same on ebay, a little more expensive, ordered and got them delivered. Fast forward 3 months. The dang dumbbells arrive at our door! Even if they took them back, cost of shipping would be not worth it. I guess I can put them on offerup...

Ordered a lamp which was supposed to be in stock at Comstrom, while it was on backorder at many other places. A few days later it turns out it's on backorder at Comstrom as well, they just aren't honest about it on the website. Inquiries about realistic delivery time were met first with a canned non-response, and when I complained, order cancellation! Incredibly rude and unprofessional - stay away!
After waiting months my 2 lift desks came without the actual lift kits. It is impossible to assemble the desks without the kits. I called, texted and emailed over and over, each time they gave me different bogus reasons why they were not sending the missing lift kits. Now they want me to purchase the lift kits for an extra $890 per kit. Time to go to the Better Business Bureau and report these frauds. I will continue to text and email until I get the 2 kits, so they don't get away with ripping off consumers.

You request your money back and takes them like a week to fulfill the cancelation, plus, 3 to 5 business days that it will take for your money to show up in your bank account. In a nutshell they work with your money for a while month. Stay away from this poorly run company

They accepted my order, charged my credit card and sent an e-mail telling me the would delay 15 days.
After 20 days they didn't sent my order.
I am trying to cancel this order and after several e-mails got no response and no refund.
