When corset story email sent me to shopify to track my package the account is using my yahoo mail not my email used to set up the order

Thank you for messaging today. I think we have finished making your corsets for your order from the 3rd December (I am afraid without your full name, order number or email address I can not confirm that I am looking at the correct order), we have not yet uploaded your order tracking details which may be causing the confusion with the tracking.
Would you be able to message me at sales@croset-story.com, I am sure I can help resolve the issue, we do not have any details of your yahoo email account so I would expect the issue you have highlighted is being caused by your browser
