They don't send you a receipt, either in email or in your shipment. You have no idea when they will ship, and they may not ship all your items. My first package contained only 2 items from my order. The second package arrived 3 weeks later, with items still missing, and NOTHING in the orders to tell me they had only shipped part and would be shipping the rest later. I had to email to ask what was going on (don't even bother trying to phone - nobody picks up). NOT happy at all with the management and lack of basic customer service - a receipt via email (at least) and notification if the shipment does not contain the full order is just standard practice.

I needed to buy worbla here because there was a shortage and this was one of the few places that had some in stock. I bought 2 medium rolls of worbla pearly art. They left a message on my phone shortly after and sent an email saying that these are the last 2 rolls but one had slight damage in the corner (took up like 1x4 inches) and they offered to remedy that by including a sample sheet. It was super awesome that they reached out about the damage first and even over compensated the damaged area with the sample sheet! Never received such good service before. After I agreed, it shipped out the next day. This will be my go-to store for worbla now. Prices are even slightly cheaper than where I usually order

My sister had a truly horrific nightmare of an experience with her order from cosplaysupplies.com which is based in Toronto, Canada. Not only did the owner give her excuse after excuse for the month-long delay, the 2 products she received weren't even the products she had ordered! She ordered 2 of the professional makeup artists' grade Graftobian color hair sprays. Instead, she received 2 low grade dollar store color hair sprays meant for Halloween usage. Completely ludicrous why the male owner named Dani would knowingly ship out a cheap low grade replacement as a substitute for items he doesn't have in stock. After 3 telephone calls with the owner and endless empty promises of a refund, the only way my sis was able to rightfully get her money back was when she filed an official PayPal complaint. Only then did Dani finally own up to his unethical wrongdoing and feebly issued the refund. So buy from this scam artist at your own peril, folks.

Purchased Halloween costume on Aug 21/15 (lots of time to plan right?) Product was in stock, and to ship right away. Order never arrived. After numerous email exchanges, they could not locate the order and agreed to refund my credit card, but they didn't. Another email a couple of weeks later and they said they were delayed because of the Thanksgiving holiday (even though they originally agreed to refund two weeks prior to Thanksgiving!) and that they HAD processed the refund and expect it in 1 -2 days. The refund has not shown on my credit card. I have initiated a claim with the credit card company. Also, there is no way to see your order once you place it. I only got an email confirmtaion of the creidt card, no details of what I ordered. No way to look up status of an order online either. Pretty lousy online experience!

I had never used cosplaysupplies.com up until this point and I was skeptical with all the bad reviews floating around about them, but I'm glad I decided to try it for myself. I purchased a jumbo roll of Worbla after having a couple questions about shipping arrival. I first sent a message on Sunday, June 23,2019 and received a reply back on Monday, Jun 24,2019. They were very quick and precise when answering my questions and I decided to make an order. I purchased through PayPal and my money was sent to "Cosplay Supplies Inc". Within seconds, I was also sent a copy of my receipt. Within hours, I was sent a UPS tracking number. The Worbla arrived in 2 days and was in perfect condition wrapped in corrugated cardboard paper. A sticker was attached which warned against leaving it where it could get hot. This is my first time buying Worbla online, so I am unsure if Worbla usually has a tag or identifiable paper since none were included. A lot of the problems people previously have stated sound less like Cosplay Supplies fault and more UPS or just outright old and dated. Besides that, I think Cosplay Supplies is beyond great and I hope more people will voice opinions such as these so they can continue to give us reasonably priced Worbla and other supplies.

Tip for consumers:
When checking out and selecting your form of payment, there is a button that sends your order to be reviewed. This is the time to ask any questions you need like if it’s in stock, how long will shipping be, etc. They can and will reply to you in the form of an email

I ordered some wonderflex from them and realized that the package was marked as delivered by UPS and the website on October 14th. I contacted the website at the beginning of November informing them i never received the package and they directed me to UPS. I talked to UPS who was extremely helpful and said they would inform the seller that I never received the package and it was then up to them to give me a refund or reship. About a week later i still hadn't heard from the website on either so I contacted them who told me that UPS informed them that I acknowledged that I got the package. I called back UPS who assured me that that wasn't the case. I messaged the company again with proof that UPS' claim says I DIDN'T receive the package. It's been another week and I have opened up a paypal claim and STILL no replies from the website. I wouldn't waste my time with them ever again.

Worbla product pages clearly state "Canadian orders ship from Canada. No customs fees". Order was shipped from USA via UPS. AVOID.
