How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at The Cover Store?

Easy, not! Two tried, one took 18 minutes, the other took 25minutes of waiting to talk to a human.

I have called 3 times now for two different orders, got a real person on the line each time, knowledgeable reps, and very helpful.

I am not one to spend the time posting negative reviews about a company, but this was a horrific experience and I hope to save others the nightmare of dealing with this company. To sum this disaster up, covers came in wrong and did not fit. We called the company and nicely tried to explain this and they blamed us for the errors. After multiple phone calls and wasted time spent measuring many times, we have given up. We paid for a product that was defective and the company was 100% at fault and refused to make good on another cover. Hard to believe, but customer service and product quality control at its worst. Stay far away from this company What a shame.
