Every time I call, I get a very helpful and knowledgeable rep. They do give alot of guidance and help, so once you get them, they will give you all the time you need to decide on product and help with measurements.

Maybe they were busy? I spent 30 minutes talking to the agent as I needed guidance on measuring.

I am not one to spend the time posting negative reviews about a company, but this was a horrific experience and I hope to save others the nightmare of dealing with this company. To sum this disaster up, covers came in wrong and did not fit. We called the company and nicely tried to explain this and they blamed us for the errors. After multiple phone calls and wasted time spent measuring many times, we have given up. We paid for a product that was defective and the company was 100% at fault and refused to make good on another cover. Hard to believe, but customer service and product quality control at its worst. Stay far away from this company What a shame.
