Waited 4 months for back order to be filled. I called every month and was told a different date. Finally had to cancel order. Ridiculous policy. Horrible customer service. I'll Never purchase anything from them again
I ordered a pair of Capri's on May 24th, it was on backorder, so I waited. Patiently. Today it is July 6 so I called them to ask and they said they never received my order! I PLACED THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE! I never heard from them and all they can say is sorry. Don't expect to receive your orders from this company!

Placed my first order a week ago and have already received my order, except for a pair of pants that are on back order. For many years I made my own clothes until it became cheaper to buy them, so I'm pretty savvy on construction. Bought 2 tops and a dress, seam to be well made the fit is what was expected. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
I recently ordered two tops which were way to large ($42.92). I sent them back using the provided label knowing $6.95 would be deducted from my refund. Today I received a refund of $23.24. When I contacted C/S to find out why there was such a difference in the price I was made aware of the way they handle refunds (which I didn't find in writing prior to shipping my items back). Apparently if you had received 'free shipping' on your initial order the company charges you the shipping fee when the items are returned (Plus deducting for the use of their shipping label). It appears as though the promotion of 'free shipping' pertains only if you keep everything in your order (otherwise the company charges you the initial shipping fees). I will also be reporting this to the BBB.
Tip for consumers:
Once I found out how Creation L handles returns I will no longer do business with them. They advertised free shipping on my first order, but when I had to return the items I not only had to pay to ship the items back (which I expected) I was also charged the original shipping fee. All together it cost me $19.68 to return the two tops that were way to big.

I have been shopping here for at least 5 years. Have found almost everything I've received to be of great quality and exceed expectations. If you choose, items are easy to return. Received wrong item once, contacted customer service and no return fees were charged. Feel pricing is very reasonable and fair.

After receiving NUMEROUS solicitations to purchase merchandise, I ordered a dress from Creation L. Months later, I received it; and it was too big. So, I promptly sent it back in its original packaging with the proper paperwork and requested the same dress in a size smaller. On 5/12/22, I received an email acknowledging receipt of the dress promising the smaller size in 4 - 10 business days. A month later I emailed customer service asking for an update. Then, I was told that the dress would be shipped on 10/29/22. Obviously, they advertise merchandise that they simply do not have to ship to unwary customers. Avoid this vendor!

Just do not order anything from this Company. They do not deliver!

I purchased quite a few items from Creation L in the past and enjoyed most of them. Unfortunately I ended up unsubscribing due to an unresolved customer service issue. I moved and promptly changed my shipping address for the backordered items. One of those items arrived to my new home. The second item was shipped to the old address two months later. Since Creation L does not use Priority Mail, I had to pay extra to USPS for my mail-forward service of that specific shipment. I emailed the company to get reimbursed for that extra cost, but they just gave me some 1-800 number. This was a pretty straight-forward issue that could have been resolved via email rather than giving me the runaround. Invest in your CSR department - only happy employees will keep customers happy.
They promised me that if I signed up for text messages, that I would get 10% off and save a dollar on shipping. They then gave me a bogus code that was expired. Very bad first impression of this company!
Sizes run way tooooo big. Ordered an XL and it was bigger than a 1X. Hassle returns.
Items look nice and quality seems okay although not top notch. Would not purchase from them again.
The bathrobe was very nice when I finally got it. It took way over a month to arrive. Customer service isn't worth wasting your time.
