Thanks for your question and here's a brief overview.

CrowdRise is an online fundraising platform. Our goal is to make it super fast, easy and actually fun to set up a fundraiser so you can raise more money than you ever thought possible for your favorite cause.

You can set up a fundraiser to either benefit a US or Canadian-based 501c3 charity or you can set up a fundraiser linked to your US or Canadian bank account to raise money to help a personal cause. For instance, you can raise funds for someone who had a house fire, to assist in educational costs or for medical bills. All pretty amazing and all about doing a little good.

If you work for a company who has a charitable matching gift program in place, CrowdRise is happy to help facilitate that.
