You do not earn points that you can cash into gifts card or money. Remember this. Many times people who work for the company will do reviews on sites like this to make the company look good.
If you don't answer questions their way you're getting kicked off with no explanation or a response. And they will keep whatever points you have earned. They purposely ignore your emails. Sinister.

They won't pay out the amount you've already earned. Pretty shady business practices.
If you email them, they will likely tell you that they closed your account because of "suspicious activity." You can email them to ask for more information, but they will just repeat the same "suspicious activity" phrase over and over again. They don't know anything.
It usually comes within the same day. Unless they can't validate your account.
Once you've accumulated enough money, sometimes they'll just close your account saying that you had "suspicious activity," so that they do not have to pay

You go to their reward section and choose a gift card from any of the companies listed and pick the amount and confirm and wait for an email with redemption instructions. It usually comes within a day or two and sometimes same day.
