Dan, please stop with your lies. You are not even a customer of ours! If you are, what is your order number, post it here. I have no orders from anyone named Dan that aren't completed and shipped.

Yes, I run my business from my home. I have customers drop by every week to give us cameras to repair, then they come back and pick them up and pay for our service. They are very happy with us. There are other companies that have started from a home as well. One or two that come to mind are Amazon.com and Apple. Are they scams?

Zkarlo.com is not my company. I live in a city of 50,000 people, there are plenty of other businesses here.

I have never stolen anything from anyone, and if you were a real person you would tell me what your order number is so I can figure out what your complaint is with us. You are a fake name made up just to slander us, but I have no idea who you are or why you are so mad. The only way I would know is if you told me who you really are.

Anybody can make up fake names and leave fake reviews here, doesn't mean it's true.

I have had a very positive experience dealing with darntoothysam.com. Last year, I dropped my Canon and broke the LCD screen. After researching replacing it myself, I bought a screen from Thomas. It arrived quickly and was very fairly priced. When replacing it, I broke the clasp on the harness and couldn't complete the repair. He advised me to send it in and for only $30 more, did the repair and returned the camera promptly.

Recently my daughter dropped her Samsung camera and broke the screen. I had no reservations about sending it to darntoothysam.com for repair. He has communicated with me about the cost of repair and the price again is very reasonable. I would recommend this business as fair, honest and prompt.

I ordered Canon Power Short SD790 Camera Handstrap body trim piece with screws (http://www.darntoothysam.com/products/Canon-Powershot-SD790-IS-Camera-Handstrap-Body-Trim-Piece.html) and i received only the trim piece. What i will do with only the handstrip without the screws. Are you trying to take another 8$ from me? Worst.

My camera's shutterbutton has popped off, and it seems that all that is missing is the cap and a spring. If I order the kit to repair my camera myself, how long will it take shipping wise? Are you in stock of the pieces I require? I have read a lot of bad comments about things not being stocked, but it was last year. I am leaving for a camp on the 15th, and would require the kit before then. Also, is there a guide on how to apply your version of the shuterbutton? My camera is a cybershot H2 from Sony.

As it seems fruitless to get any response from you through your 800 number or email, it does seem that you respond to comments posted on this site. So here goes another attempt to contact you, and HOPE to get a response. To refresh your memory, I sent a Canon SD980IS camera needing lens repair (due to being dropped at Christmas), and my daughters 4th generation Ipod touch that had a broken digitizer. USPS confirms that you received my shipment on January 13th 2012. We had a phone conversation on 1/11/12 that your repair person had repaired Ipods before, but had not done a repair on the touch model, but you seemed confident that the repair could be completed even though Ipod repair was not a service you normally provide. I filled out the repair form from your website and sent it along with the camera and Ipod as instructed. At the time, we agreed to delay payment for both repairs until you were able to determine a firm price for the Ipod repair (You did give me an approximate maximum cost at this time). Once that was determined, you were to inform me of the total repair costs (for both), so that we could arrange paying for both at once. At this point, there was never an order number because I never heard from you, even after repeated attempts to try contacting you. Please send my camera and Ipod back to me so I can get it repaired elsewhere.

Bill W. I did eventually get my camera back from him. It took a long long long time. Henot tell always truthfull. He will tell you all sorts of delay reasons. When I got my camera back the flash no longer opened and the reason was it was covered in grime. Smokey grime. The smell was awful. I never bothered notifying him because it is pointless and causes him to spout BS here. Good Luck.
