on 8/28/20I don't imagine they can justifiably offer 'warranties'? I don't actually even know if they do? I've personally never asked them to warranty anything?
But what i do know? Is that when we order parts from DD? WE become the manufacturer/builder? Doesn't that make warrantee type work our own responsibility?
I've built over a dozen projects from DD parts? Never had any reason to blame them for MY troubles?
I did go on BBB to check them out? Looks like they responded to every complaint listed? Though they never did answer any of my early[ amateurish] questions? If i was going to build my own? I had ti figure it out for myself. And i did.
I've been happily purchasing parts from DD many years now.
I could only get a response when I cc'ed support@routeapphelp.zendesk.com otherwise no one would reply.
