Yes it Is absolutely real. They are thieves. I just called my credit card company to do the dispute becoz they are not responsible for the dead plants they sent to me with all the charges including the shipping fee. This company has to be shut down for their dishonest business. I will fight for it and no more people will be mistreated and cheated.

Yes, it is real! My trees arrived in a large plastic bag with everything in it. No individual bags with moist media to keep the roots from drying out. Dont even think of asking refund, even asking for replacement is near impossible. I sent them shipping label and receipt to request for replacement they sent back a standard reply print-out stating I have to wait for six more weeks. Like the other reviewer I had to call my credit company to file for dispute (did you his first time in my life). I think calling this a fraud company is not out of the line.

They're unfortunately very accurate - this place is really that much bs. Idk what they sent me but it ain't what I purchased however, apparently that's my problem now.

Yes they are real I ordered April 23rd... still nothing. Today I get a post card stating they will ship spring next year 2021

Yes, they are all real. Been waiting on my order since April 29th. No need in sending it now. To hot, plants will for sure die before they get here. Stay away from them

Yes these reviews are real. It is hard to believe that any company would put so much effort into ripping people off instead of doing an honest job and sending decent product. The plants must have been alive at one point, so why not put an honest effort into sending put plants that at least have a chance to live. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.

Scam company, sham business. Refuse to replace dead plants that they send, even though you sent details and original mailing/shipping labels. Direct Gardening needs to be shut down because is is a sham operation, fraud company

Yes they are real! My experience was real. Im a real person who got suckered by this company. All I received was dead trees and I had to dispute my credit card for my money back.

I ordered last year an extensive amount of bushes and had a high rate of success. I anticipated some doa because of bare root but prices are such that it is not a big deal.
