Yes it Is absolutely real. They are thieves. I just called my credit card company to do the dispute becoz they are not responsible for the dead plants they sent to me with all the charges including the shipping fee. This company has to be shut down for their dishonest business. I will fight for it and no more people will be mistreated and cheated.

Yes, it is real! My trees arrived in a large plastic bag with everything in it. No individual bags with moist media to keep the roots from drying out. Dont even think of asking refund, even asking for replacement is near impossible. I sent them shipping label and receipt to request for replacement they sent back a standard reply print-out stating I have to wait for six more weeks. Like the other reviewer I had to call my credit company to file for dispute (did you his first time in my life). I think calling this a fraud company is not out of the line.

Yes. This is an absolutely horrible company that needs to be out of business.

They're unfortunately very accurate - this place is really that much bs. Idk what they sent me but it ain't what I purchased however, apparently that's my problem now.

Yes they are real I ordered April 23rd... still nothing. Today I get a post card stating they will ship spring next year 2021

Yes, they are all real. Been waiting on my order since April 29th. No need in sending it now. To hot, plants will for sure die before they get here. Stay away from them

June 2020 and they are still at it. Rip off artists got me too. Weeks to ship, products are garbage.
