Scam. Stay away from it! 1. Price offered is not what is actually charged. After 24 hours they ask for more money; 2. After you hand out more money an automated timer that adds 1% everyday kicks in and slows the process in a manner that the time frame for a complaint with your bank is no longer available. MOST IMPORTANT 3. They stop responding emails and you DON'T get the phone unlocked. Stay away from it!

Stay away from them, get your unlock from a different service, they will not unlock your device, they will not refund your and they will not respond to your emails or enquiries

Scam, definitely. They took money twice from me and then when they couldn't unlock my phone, they issued a freaking credit! Way to steal money! Thieves! Scammers!

They are a scam. Unless you don't mind paying almost a hundred dollars to unlock a phone. I didn't fall for it so I do not know if there was an additional fee as well.
