I actually order all the time from Disney yes some prices can be pricey but what do you expect with good quality stuff shipping is usually great and fast a lot of times Disney has discounts for orders highly recommend! If you cant find it on the site then try the Disney Park app everything is there!
My wife placed an order for a nice limited Kingdom Hearts Pin. It is her favorite series and she was looking forward to getting a nice pin for it. When we received the package there was no pin but instead a regular Disney mug. We immediately contacted customer service to figure this situation out but was told that they didn't have anymore of the pins so couldn't get one for us. As someone who has worked in a warehouse I can't see how this was not caught before leaving the dock (massive size and weight difference). The brightside is that there was a full refund given to us and we were told to keep the mug but we were still not able to get what was originally paid for.

Ordered a costume for my grandaughter's birthday in a size 4 (March 3,2024). Well it came in no time but they sent a size 3. Called customer service and they told me to return the item and they will replace it with the correct size. Waited for a week only to see that just a label was issued with no movement of the package from UPS. When I called they told me that since there was no movement, it must have been lost and was sending me another costume with 2 day air. Again a label was issued but no movement for another week. When I called again, they said it was out of stock (didn't say that on line), let me talk to my supervisor. Oh and Disney had me call UPS to see if I could find anything out. Of course UPS said I need to call Disney. I said that they should be accountable and they should call. Then they told me that they would send out another costume, 2 day air. Reallly, Now it was in stock? Did I want to wait another week, it is now April 25th and I have to go to the birthday party. I cancelled the order after a month of not getting any satisfaction. Found a similar costume at Target and I'm getting it this weekend in time for the birthday party.

Bought Disney's 'Nightmare Before Christmas' 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle from Florida Disney World Magic Kingdom Main Street Store in July 2023. Given as present in November, took several weeks to complete. Only at end did we realise there were missing pieces so very unhappy. Pictures taken and sent to merchandise guest services to get missing pieces, complete replacement, or credit note. Was told that as outside 30 day period and I could not take it back to US store no help would be given. I live in the UK, it was a present given some time later, and it took a long time to get to the stage where we realised it was defective. No understanding or leeway from Disney at all. Dreadful quality control that it should be defective, and an appalling lack of understanding from a multi-million USD company in refusing any help. Do not buy from a Disney store if you are not from the US and don't want to have to travel back, or your purchase is a gift and will not be checked until after 30 days.
Never order from this site. Shipping took twice as long, and customer service is poor. You're better off ordering thru Amazon, Walmart, or pretty much anywhere else. Generic email replays are a slap in the face.

I placed my 1st order on Dec. 10th of 4 Disney Christmas gifts for my grandsons. After 10 days and still no email confirming that my order was shipped, I finally received an email however it wasn't to say that my order has finally shipped. Unfortunately the email said that two of my four items were out of stock. I called their customer service number and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, I was connected with a representative, who shared more bad news, that the other two items from my order had not only not been shipped yet, but they may or may not, still be available! I am appalled at how poorly this entire process has been handled, especially when the items ordered were clearly Christmas gifts for children who certainly won't be receiving their Disney gifts in time for Christmas, if at all. I would not recommend purchasing anything from the Disney Store as it's not the most Magical place in retail!

Framed Alice and wonderland print came to me at first with damage to the frame and looked to be poorly packaged. I returned it was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get me a new one sent then I never got a confirmation email of this without calling 6-7 times being on hold for long times. They sent another one 1 week later and again the top was cracked and again poorly packaged. I'm not pursuing a return/refund because of the hassle in dealing with the customer service.

I had an order with several items and suddenly I got an email that 2 items have been refunded and of course not being delivered... Without any further information why it happened.
I have received the rest of the products. I had an inquiry on the website about what happened, that was 12 days ago. The only communication I received was the automated email where I got a number. Now If i want to reorder the 2 missed items I would need to pay for shipping costs as it's not over the free-shipping barrier.
I don't understand how can such a big and prestige company have this bad customer service.

A completely unprofessional fulfilment operation. Ordered matching t shirts for a premium over regular retailers. The items never came even after two weeks. Tracking number shows that label created and no other tracking numbers. Avoid ordering from Disney online. They are 100% clueless as to how you fulfil an online order. Buyer beware.
Processing time seven-ten days, and 70% of my orders include an email "Due to overwhelming demand and limited availability, your recent order will not include:"... If you processed on time, it would be available probably. However, the worst customer support and online store ever and has a Disney signature!

I received an email yesterday saying "Sitewide Savings" of 30% off of orders over $200. I got the kids all excited and told them to pick out some things for Christmas.
After putting about $300 worth of items in the cart, I realized 5 out of 12 items didn't qualify for any discount. Normally Disney uses vague language like "eligible" items, but in this case they said Sitewide Savings. Super deceptive AND illegal. I think I smell a class action lawsuit coming on.
I cant believe this business survived this long! It took 4 days to process an order and wont arrive in the 5 business days it stated. I was hung up on by automated message telling me all agents were busy. 10 pair of pajamas being returned immediately. What a pathetic way to manage a business at Christmas! My mistake, I guess I thought they might have taken large orders before this holiday!
Ordered a childs watch. Took forever to get it, but they charged account immediately... it was larger than most women's watches. Called and got return instructions, followed them and sent it back the very next day. It's a month later, no refund! Called them, got an argumentative B***** who was not helpful. Will be calling bank and disputing charge on my first day off coming up. They are NOT Disney, and Mr. Disney is flipping over in his box at the horrid use of his name no doubt!

I bought an Up balloon house ornament for my son as a gift, and it fell apart in 2 days under normal use. I sent an email for help. The thirty day return policy was first cited, apparently I was not supposed to save it as a gift and predict it would fall apart immediately. Then as a "one time courtesy", the representative checked if stock was on hand which it is not because its out of season, so I'm out of luck. A shame that customer service is doing me a favor and not part of their job. Disney should be embarrassed, but as long as they take people's money they clearly don't care.
I've had a Disney Store online account for about a month now but only recently have been able to log in. I called a couple of times and they told me that the site was going through some revisions. While I'm now able to log into my account and place items in my Bag, I still can't go any further in the check out process. I either get the Mickey Mouse version of the Do-nut Wheel of Death or an error saying my session has expired and i need to log in again. Luckily, i was able to check out as a Guest. I hope Disney is able to fix whatever's going on with their site/user accounts but it's already been at least 3 weeks- you figure they'd have the problem solved by now.
Paid $100 for a necklace and waited 2 weeks for it, and received one of $35 lesser value I don't want. They won't send me a new one until I send this one back so I'm stuck waiting what will likely be a full month or more. Now everything is on sale for 25% off to add insult to injury. Regret purchasing from them.
I am a lifetime Disney fan but I will never purchase for this online Disney store again. There system messed up my order because I was trying to use a gift card then the remaining on my card. I received a email from support that there was a payment issue to call and I tried to call both number too many times to count over a 4 day period while email them letting them know one of there numbers claimed not to be in service (I doubled checked the number believe me) the other gave a busy signal. Then after being so frustrated I asked them to call me or rerun my card and they send another number to call which you actually hear a recording of real person then it says no cast members are available and hangs up on you. I'm beyond pissed I order these little boys gifts in plenty of time and got them on sale and I've never been so disappointed in a company who I loved from childhood. Disney needs to get it together!
Ordered some stuff for my son. Got email confirmation with total amount. After all they are decided to split our shipment for 2 packages, and when we got first package total amount was changed. Not a big amount of money, but it's not about money it about trust. Don't like at all when someone trying to screw me up even for penny. Will never ordering again from this guys!
I placed an online order through the Disney store for a $200 E gift card. That was on a Sunday. Today is Wednesday evening and still nothing. They're supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. I'm going on for days, numerous chats and now being told they may have an answer for me Friday. Do yourself a favor and get a visa gift card.
The Site was under construction so when I checked out I kept receiving a message that Delivery was no longer available in Illinois. I had to call a total of 5 times and was told that I was have to send the partial order back at my own expense. If they didn't receive it my credit card would be charged an additional amount. When I called the last time I was told they were out of stock which is why they sent me the incorrect items. They did offer me a $10.00 credit on my next order. Do I look crazy?
I ordered an ornament on 12/7. After 2 weeks, I called 3 separate times and was told that my order had not been processed and they would change my shipping to 2 days to insure it would arrive by Christmas. All three "cast members" promised that my order would be delivered on time. Today I received an email telling me that they no longer had my item and it would not be sent. I called the local Disney store to try to find an Minnie ornament and they told me that their phone had been ringing all day with similar stories. So disappointing that a large company like Disney is ruining many Christmas'. Thanks for being dishonest on your website and via your customer service.
I love anything Disney and always have. I do find some of their prices to be a little high unless you get a good sale like 25 percent off if you spend $100. The problem is the sales rarely will ever include anything designer like Dooney bags or Vera Bradley. Once in a while these products go on sale but not when they have 25 percent off promotions. Also, I find delivery is a little on the slow side but overall I am always pleased with the products I receive.
I ordered some dolls on this website and all was handled well. After placing the order, the package was send in time and there were email updates about progress. I did not need to contact customer support, so my rating does not reflect support.
Ordered a baymax water bottle in Feb. Gave to daughter at easter time and she used bottle 2 months and the rubber seal came off and now leaks. Wouldn't recommend this product.
