How long ago was the order out in? It took almost a month for me to get part of my order which was garbage. I never got refunded for my other two items. I tried to do a return but it costs more than I paid for a return to China.

They withdrew money from my account FOUR TIMES for the same item and I will never see that money again and I never received the dress I originally ordered either. There is no contact number and they ignore emails you send. If you paid through PayPal, I would suggest contacting them and filing a complaint.
