Real site. Horrible site. Do not order from them

It's a real site, but absolutely terrible clothes. They were at least 3 sizes to small. I ordered 4 items for Christmas gifts and none of them fit. Do not order from this site.

Yes it's a scam. You pay for stuff you will NEVER receive. IF you do receive it, it will most likely be the wrong size. Save your money. Zulily is the same company, stay away from there also.

After not receiving my items for 6 weeks, I cancelled my order and disputed the charge with my credit card company. The credit card company resolved the dispute in my favor in about 24 hours (no questions ask... maybe they are familiar with this company?). Although I had communicated directly with dresslilly about the cancellation, a few weeks later they told me they had "already" shipped my items. I have never received the items, and just let it go, as I had already gotten my money back through the visa card company. I would NEVER order from them again.

I wouldn't say the site is a scam. Some people are getting the items they order but apparently the goods are poor quality.(clothing) Personally I did not receive my items and had a tough time getting a refund. Buyer Beware are my words

Yes it is definitely a scam. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT waste your time ordering from this site. All the negative reviews are 100% legit and all the positive reviews (which are very few to say the least) must be from the company itself (if you can call it that). Trust me YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

A big scam! They don't give you the right size and the material stinks. You'll either get your order 3 months later or not at all.

IMHO yes! I'm still waiting for a sweater that was supposedly shipped 12/28. I'm going to turn them in Monday to my ccard company if I don't received it this week. The pictures are pretty and prices great but you'll receive cheep junk that doesn't look anything like the photo IF you luckily enough to get it. And it's impossible to return items.

I've never received what I ordered, they won't actually refund you and I'm so glad I paid with PayPal as that's how I got my money back.

They lie about postage (said it was tracked to PayPal and they gave a tracking number but they'd mentioned before that they hadn't sent it tracked), refunds and pretty much everything else.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Yes it is a scam. They have nice pictures of clothes but when you order them. The bs starts.
First they send you a tracking number in an email. Then when you try to use the tracking number, they tell you thar you didn't spend enough money and they have no way to track your order.
They told me to be patient and I did at first. But the more time I waited, the madder I became.
Save yourself the heartache.

Yes it is every positive review is a lie if you read the real reviews you will see that nobody who has ordered from this company is ever happy with this company do not order from this company if you have already ordered from this company try get your money back but if your product says it's already been shipped you will not be able to get your money back from this company and they will tell you if you want your money back to send back the products when you receive them which will either be never or about 4 months from the time that it says it has been shipped if you do return your products expect a fight to get your money back and it will probably cost the same amount of money that you paid for the products to return the products as it is not free returns do yourself a favor don't listen to the positive feedback it's all lies read all the other feedback

I would say it is. The clothing looked like a child sewed it. Buttons and button holes did not match up. Threads were everywhere. Hems not finished out. I wouldn't waste my money on them.

I would say so they scammed me out of $113.00 Oh! Minus the $26 they gave me back. Don't order from them. I can't believe they are still going but they are located in China. All of their measurements are inaccurate.

It is real site. The products were shipped in timely manner considering they ship from China. Unfortunately everything I bought looked very good on the pictures. In reality they are extremely cheap made, cheap material totally not true to what was portrayed. This was my first time ordering from unknown company and it taught me a lesson. Stay away.

The scam would be that what they picture is not what you get. You give them money, they send you crap, then no chance of any refund or exchange. DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! Waste of money. Either way you get it when you get it. Buy now for Christmas of 2020

I'm still waiting for my order from November! And have since had 2 quick deliveries from Jolly Chic site... not sure it's a scam, but definitely really bad service and zero support. I won't ever buy again..

I don't know if they are a scam or not but I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered 3 things and I got 2. But the 1st order I received was to small and all I wanted to do was return it. I am still waiting. This was back in November.
I wrote them various times and I always got generic answers and then they wanted this number and that number which I gave them. Then they wanted a picture of the package. It was ridiculous. I had ordered something from another company and had to return
It and it was all done in a week.
I am upset with myself for not reading the reviews in the first place. I normally never order clothes on line and I certainly read reviews and why I didn't is beyond me.
I finally gave up and just gave the item to someone. It wasn't worth the aggravation and who knows how much they were going to charge me if ever I would have gotten a response on how and where to return it.
My advice is do not risk it. I heard that they sell through other names but I am not sure who. Good Luck.

I ordered long black dress, it came after 3 weeks, it was little bit big, but it was easy to fix it :) quality is good, and it looks amazing on me :) I can send even pic, cos I was wearing those dress for New Year :) maybe I was lucky with item... after all those negative feedback I am scared to order smth else... Anyway you can find the same items in Rotita, or Joly chick... I ordered few items from Rotita, delivery was fast and quality amazing :)

At least, I haven't had a problem with the items I have order. Yes, they take an awful time to get here but everytime I was satisfied with my orders. I've bought from them almost 20 times and had always recieved my items. Yes, the quality is not the best, but you can't expect much from the price it has. And I do not work for the company, I'm just a regular custumer. Hope this helps you.

Yes its a con so anybody who buys from it even though the clothes look lovely are throwing their money away. I waited 3 months for items that didnt arrive. They told me the parcel got lost and i was lucky to get my refund but i was messaging them every single day and told them i would write on all their sites that they were con artists and they have so many sites like sammydress, rosegal, we are better just buying our clothes here as the chinese clothes are rubbish!

I have ordered two dresses from them. I have received both dresses and been extremely happy with both of them.

Please help me, I bought a dress from lily Gown, it took ages to arrive and when it did, oh my its utterly horrendous. Doesn't look anything like the dress in the images. I have tried connecting them to get a refund and they won't answer. It was £195. Please how can I get my money back

While I have not ordered from this site yet, my sister has. This site is not as bad as people say, but there are a few things about it you need to take in to account when ordering. One, is that these items come from China, so unless it says priority shipping on the item (It looks like a little lightning bolt in a circle on each item.), it could take a month or better to get it. Two, is that these items coming from China, are subject to customs, so if for whatever reason you don't get your item, this could be why. I can't speak for returns, as my sister got the item she ordered a little over a month after ordering. Just keep in mind those two things, and that will take a bit of the mix ups off this site.

Remember to pay attention to the shipping, and size information too, as a lot of the stuff is Asian sizing.

Yes what they show you in a picture that you buy is not what you get. It's like you are getting a cheaper knockoff of what you see. I bought a blouse and it had beautiful glass beads with a zipper in the front with lace at the bottom. Well when I received the blouse it did not have beads but fluff balls made of clothes and no zipper in the front it was sewed together the lace was not on the blouse. I printed the picture and you can plainly see the zipper and the beautiful glass beads but I did not get what I wanted. I sent it back and they at first refused but I posted all over every social website and sent it to them and did alot of posting them they sent me an apology and wanted to give me a credit for the price of the item but not the shipping still and I had to send it back at my cost. Wasn't worth it.

It is located over seas so return is costly and impossible. Shipping is very very very slow. Quality of clothes is poor and sizes are of a child not an adult.! I finally received a partial refund after a pay pal dispute. Too many pretty clothes in the US that are reputable companies to order from here! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It's the only online company I've ordered from of any kind that has an option to pay to insure that you receive your package. Consider the fact that tampering with U.S. Mail is a federal offense. Paying an insurance fee to guarantee that you get something you ordered implies that people don't receive orders sometimes, which is highly unlikely if the company uses USPS. I've never experienced a problem with the USPS and I'm nearly 50. If a company's responsibility to a customer is to deliver the product the customer paid for, the company needs to either increase their price of the items/shipping if they desire bigger profits, or drop the shipping insurance fee. As customers, we're shopping online in order to make the experience more convenient. Shipping is their concern, not ours.

Oh its a real site, a really bad one. They take your money and send you the crappiest clothes you can imagine. The clothing is terribly made using the cheapest material, not even as depicted on the website. Ive seen other people have posted that they have stolen pictures from other sites and claimed as their own. Then if you want to return it... it costs you a small fortune to send back. You see China subsidizes their shipping making it cheap for them to ship to us, not so much for us to return. Save your money and buy American!

I wouldn't say scam cause it actually exists and items are sent to you. However it is outsourced all over the world so not everything fits. I received leggings and a sweater from New York and boots from China. All items were ordered at the same time. None of them fit. The return policy insists you send pictures of the items but the site would not accept any format of pictures I had. I sent a message stating I have pictures but cannot upload them and received a message back stating the same thing (that they need pictures). I was forced to eat the $61.33 I spent and have all the items still cause there is no other way to return them.

I wouldn't call it a scam- I received my order. I ordered a necklace & earrings set and got the earrings only after a couple of weeks/months(I don't really remember how long it took but it was long). I contacted customer service (read pulled a couple of teeth) & finally got my necklace.

The pictures with models wearing the actual clothes. I saw reviews that said the clothes ran small, so I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. It was ridiculous. The sleeves were 5 inches too short. The bottom hem was 4 inches above my navel and I couldn't get it buttoned across my chest. The buttons were not lined up with the button holes so they looked puckered and the stitching was all over the place. Possibly these were made by a second grade sewing class. I spent $10 and free shipping and like the old saying, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. They emailed me after my review and asked me to contact them. Others said the same, and they want you to pay return shipping to China which is crazy, so I have no desire to aggrevate myself further. I will simply write replies to others for the rest of my life to pay it forward. This is the only company that I have ever wasted this much effort on. But, they know before they ship that their clothes are crap, and the fact that they alter the pictures showing a beautiful shirt that comes well below the models waist says to me that yes, this a scam. All the reviews on their website are glowing and whe I wrote mine on their website the submit button would not light up, so I came here. Have a nice day!

Yes it is. Whilst you will receive real product, the items are not as advertised. They are cheep poor quality copies. They are not wearable at all. And if you want a refund, you have to cover the cost of postage back to China. DO NOT USE

They are scammers don't order from them if you Google them you will see all the horrible reviews on them. People post bad reviews right on their Facebook site and they go in and delete them. They only took $26 from me. Never got my order from August 2015. Figured I learned my lesson just trying to get the word out so others don't get scammed

It is a "legit" site, but I never received my items. I fought them through PayPal's arbitration process, and received a refund. As TOO MANY OTHERS have said, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. I think that the US Trade commission or other entity of the US government needs to get involved, as FAR too many people have had such poor service. BUYER BEWARE! This site and company is IN CHINA! Personally I have ordered from them a few times and although I had a few issues, they were dealt with professionally and in a timely matter. As stated earlier, expect to get what you pay for quality wise, and long shipping times.

Not a scam until you try to exchange or your order does not show up. Always, I MEAN ALWAYS pay $2.00 for tracking. NEVER go GROUND as it takes up to 3 months. Yes, I said 3 MONTHS. Sizing is messed up. So, if your a size 12, order plus size XXXL. Seriously the sizing charts are very inaccurate. Best advice is to open a ticket first and confirm measurements first or buy much bigger. Beware because once you buy - kiss that $ goodbye. Quality is good considering pricing.

No not order. It took a very long time before I received my order. I attempted several times to get a hold of them via customer service which they have none. Sent two emails and never got to respond. When I posted a review on this site they finally responded funny. Do not order from them unless you want nothing but headaches. Quality of shirt very poor.

Angela is right, not a scam. It seems the people who order a smaller size don't have a problem with fitting it or the quality. I ordered an XL and the quality was very poor. I was afraid to try it in fear that I break it. It didn't matter if I break it because I couldn't return it. They make it so hard to return your order.

Not a scam. Just really crummy quality, slow delivery and very very small. Not worth a dime. I have five shirts that all useless... one arrived damaged. The others fit my 98lb 13 year old daughter and I ordered XL!
