Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from DressLily staff and previous consumers.
Contact credit card for refund they are scam artists.
Depending on how you paid keep any information concerning your order like an order number you received, if you had it taken out of your checking account if so get a copy when they receive your money. I paid Thur PayPal. But it took almost 2 1/2 months before I received my order which by the way was today. Stay persistent and keep up and you'll get some results. If not report them to the better business bureau. Keep on them either they'll get so tired of hearing from you and they'll respond and hopefully you'll get your answer and items you order. Ill tell you this its not easy but don't give up.
Don't do it. It's not worth your money. I WISH I would have read and trusted the reviews before I ordered with them last fall. My one and only experience with them has taught me to never ever purchase anything online when reviews are this bad, and if the company is not reputable. There are red flags all over the place with this company... Be smart, do not order from this company.
This is a scam business. They are in China. Here is a site to connect about complaining to the Chinese government: http://ecig-scam-suppliers.blogspot.com/2013/04/you-have-been-cheated-on-chinese.html I'm sorry. They actually told me the "post-sale department" DIDN'T HAVE A PHONE! Report them any way you can.
Don't you wish you had read the reviews before ordering? That's what happened to me. I eventually got half of my order about 5 months after ordering. The other order didn't ever ship. The tracking number they gave me was fake too. It was a nighmare dealing with their customer service, who refused to give me a refund. I would suggest beginning the dispute process with your debit/credit card, or PayPal... However you paid for the order.
If they gave your shipment one, it *should* be in the shipping confirmation email. If they did provide one in the email, it probably doesn't work- based on my experience, and based on many other people's experiences I've read about. If there wasn't one in the confirmation email, then it doesn't have one. If it doesn't have one, like half of my order, you can ask them why, but they'll ignore your question. And you can keep asking, and then they'll eventually make up a tracking number to try and get you to stop asking, and that tracking number obviously won't work because it's fake.
