I ordered a dress a month ago. My account was charged. Received no email and no dress. I would really like my money back or the dress. Tried to get in contact with the company and had no luck. I should have read the reviews first that is my mistake, but if this is a scam or fake website then how come no ones shut it down and put a stop to it?

Apparently DressLily reads this site. They have promised me a full refund for the two items that never arrived and the disappointing, flimsy, ill fitting T-shirt that did. I'll let you know if that refund comes through. BTW, it's a Chinese company that ships via Netherlands, so four weeks is its normal shipping interval.

I wish I could answer that. I don't understand it either. But it happened to me. I didn't receive an item and the other one was not what I ordered. The funny thing is I cannot find a number to call for their so called support center and they never answered my email. My bank gave me back my money and they said they resolved the dispute so the company must have given back the money to the bank, that is probably why they are still in business. Because they responded to the bank.
