They look so natural with a million dollar smile. The bottoms were a little more fragile and they were damages in fitting. Dr. Leonard Customer service quickly made remedy and sent me another set of bottoms to replace the ones that were damaged. Rose was friendly. And empathetic to the situation. And quickly sent me another set on the house. Thank you Rose. I was 50/50 on the products. But they had a great employee who had customers in mind. Awesome products Awesome service. Rather than return my money for this out of stock item, I am then charged for shipping and lose my money. HUGE SCAM! Don't order from this catelog! If you don't like the item, you don't get a full refund! They take out the really high shipping and handling so that you receive pennies on the dollar for a refund.

Problem is that company claims one item is out of stock then charges a high shipping on the remaining item instead of giving a refund for the missing item. Huge rip off and scam. Any returns are minus a shipping charge that was supposed to be free!!!
I have had this account for 10 years and no big problems. It would seem as if the complainers were talking about another company. Items are inexpensive but only two orders were returned for poorly sewn or poor fabric. Website is difficult, I have 15 per cent discount and cannot find where to place it so will not order item right now.
Thanks a lot creeps at this company for including pages of dildos and lots of sex toys so my 7 yr old daughter was looking thru it and asked what they were. Didn't think I needed to grab and toss out a basic health product catalog that I didn't even order. How awful. A big F. U. to this company. Signed, a very angry dad.
I ordered two pair of shoes my wife wanted. They sent a confirmation email to me the same day.
Five days later I tried to find out where the order was and was told that there was at least a two week delay in the warehouse even accepting my order!
I cancelled the order and warn everyone to avoid doing business with these clowns!

Ordered Arthritis Gloves for women, to ease my hands enough for me to be able to cook, write, etc.
3 weeks later I get a pair of men's gloves, with tiny half fingers, that won't let my fingers or thumb move at all! They are thin, trashy junk!
I can mail them back for a refund but they take the mailing charges out of the refund. They charged so much to ship them to me, it leaves no refund! They are now in the trash can!

Ordered two items. One was wireless headphones. Didn't work. Ordered boots. Their wide was narrow. Fit too tightly. Went up a size. The cost of each return was ridiculously high. If their descriptions were accurate I would never had to return either item. Never again.

Purchased what was supposed to be a "cozy velour ruffle robe... perfect for cold weather wearing". What a crock! You could almost see through this thing. Looked nothing like shown in the picture. They charged me $5.90 to ship it to me, but to return it would have cost ME an additional $7.99 (on top of the initial $5.90). So I guess I'm stuck with it. Here's the icing on the cake... you can't get to the review page of your item to give it an honest review to warn other shoppers. SCAM!
I ordered bras and they finally got here today. Tried to put one one, and it was FAR too small for me. I had ordered a 36 in. Bra, and the ones I got today were all of 30 inches! They were marked on the tags as 36 but nowhere near there! I will NOT be ordering any more items from these people, and will tell all my friends about this terrible place and NOT to use it in any way, shape, or form!
I made a purchase and received the products. I've made payments. I began receiving letters of collection threatening to report me to credit bureaus to destroy my credit for an auto, home, etc. I made the payments, they cleared my bank and there is no place to see the payment history, late fees (for what?) that's been made. I've called customer service three times. I was told one payment showed on the computer, the other had not. This is a month after the first payment cleared and two days after the second payment cleared. I emailed customer service twice and have not heard anything. How do you expect me to even know what I do owe? The threatening letters show no payments I've made or any additional charges. So unprofessional. Never deal with the company again.
Received an item for my mom. That I needed to return. The invoice stated to peel off return label on reverse side. There was no return label anywhere. I called them and was waiting on phone a good 20 min. Spoke to a make and he got all the info and told me to check email the next hour or so for return label. 5 hours later no email. I call back in and lady this time checked on to all my info and says he takes 24-48 hrs to receive email. The most ridiculous thing ever. Really?
That's just crazy. Glad to know this on this company. Was gonna check out catalog since my mom always buys from here but no thanks.

They will have hidden charges to your credit card, they will also charge for return shipping. Nowhere on their site is there any warning of being charged return or hidden membership fees. They play with words and trick you.
They have a horrible website that doesn't work half the time. Products are over priced and customer service is absolutely terrible. Website is down has been down for 2 months so you have to phone in payment which almost impossible. U have to give your information 2 to 3 times before u can finally make the payment. Absolutely ridiculous!
Placed order in Nov they asked for down payment, ($70)sent that. Today I get a cheap China made bag and they'd charged me $16 for delivery of $12.99 bag. Said everything else is out of stock or discontinued. Refuse to give my money back untill I send the cheap bag back. No one speaks clear English. BUYER BEWARE
Order placed for instock item on 5/26. Label created on 5/27. USPS tracking Indicates the package has not been delivered for shipment to McDonough Ga which is 15 miles from my home while the offshore very incoherent customer service days is been shipped and to expect it in 7-10 days. The noise behind the offshore agent was so loud that she has to ask me three times for the order number after I provided it very slowly. Worst customer service in 2 years. Would have purchased it on Amazon if it was listed.

My 87 year-old dad asked me to order some items for my mom for Christmas. The catalog itself didn't give me a good feeling. Appears very cheap, as well as the items within it. Upon attempting to order online, my second red flag was the web site being unsecured, which is a big no-no when ordering online. Then, when I tried placing an item in the cart, my computer security program wouldn't allow that option. So, I decided to read some reviews about the company, and thanks to all of you before me, I will heed your warnings & not deal with this company. I will find the items elsewhere. Thanks a ton!
I bought two dog gates from this place for 76,00 bucks. No reviews showing. Went back to buy another before I got my first ones, Item was no longer available and all the reviews now showing all negative. Everyone said they were a piece of junk! I called customer service and told them when I got my shipment I wanted to send it back. I was told to take the return label and write NRP on the top right corner for NO RETURN POSTAGE needed the post office laughed at that! I called back and was told that was all wrong and I needed to pay return postage, and I would be reimbursed the $54.00 fee. LIARS! Paid a total of 130.00 just saw they refunded me $22.00! CROOKS

I ordered for my elderly Mom. The person on the phone was very hard to understand but assured me the shipping was free. When the total was higher than expected I asked him to break it down. He again told me the shipping was free but there was a charge for postage. I told him it is the same thing and he kept saying shipping is free. I believe that most customers are elderly and they are being taken advantage of. We used this service for convenience but found that because of their "hidden" charges, we can find the same products for much cheaper... almost half at Walmart!
The only things "free" about Dr. Leonard's so-called free shipping is the freedom with which they abuse the English language and deceive people- many of them elderly.
They advertise free shipping but then add on $3.95 for "handling" and $1.95 for "priority service" and "replacement".
What? -no charges for using their website?
This is NOT what is meant by free shipping at most other web sites and catalogs.
People should complain about these add on or hidden fees and misleading come-ons.
Ordered a pair of compression stockings in size that size chart said I wear. Got them and they don't fit cannot get them on. I see you have a 100% satisfition if you are not satisfied with the product return it for exchange or refund. No questions asked. I would like to return them for a refund. Please let me know because I Can't wear them.
I ordered a christmas gift on November the 2nd so it has been a month and they still have not shipped my order. I will never order from them again and I advise anyone to be leary of this company. You would think they don't care about the reputation of their company.
We ordered an item from here, and waited over a month for it to arrive. When it did, it was the wrong item and didn't even refund us for the whole price! On top of that, customer service was rude and not helpful.
I received a catalogue telling me I had pre-approved credit through Shop Now Pay Later. This is the same credit I have with the Carol Wright catalogue. When I tried to place an order online, the payment option did not include the credit plan. I called the number on the web site. Long story short, I was told if I wanted to use the credit plan I would have to place my order by phone. If I wanted free shipping, my ebates rewards and the 10% discount I would have to use a credit card. I am very disappointed. They lost a $50 order and will not be given a second chance by me. I can get the same merchandise from Carol Wright. I just have to wait for it to offer free shipping again.
I ordered curtains thru Dr Leonards, and the customer service was great, and order came quickly. Product was as advertised, loved the curtains, website easy to navigate.
I bought storage Ottomans. Great for sitting and for storage. They are also collapsible for easy storage. I bought 4 and made a bench and put 6 throw pillows on top of the Ottoman bench.

As long as you make your minimum payment each month. You should not have a problem being approved for buy now pay later plan.
