on 7/14/20It was not difficult getting Customer Service. My return was denied twice by email, twice by phone and once by a supervisor. It was the 5th effort that finally got me through to a supervisor who gave me the credit.
They answer their phone promptly, however, they don't do anything to help so not really sure why they have a customer service division
I had no trouble getting through. The problem was that they no longer offer the shirt I wanted to exchange because the back ripped open. So I don't know if they were going to give me a refund or if they were going to give me a store credit. I love the shirt and I want to hold on to it so I'm going to have to sew it myself and just be pissed that I spent almost $70 on a shirt that didn't even last three times of wearing it and one time of washing it. I'm certainly going to question quality of the products from now on. I purposely went out of my way to shop at this store because I wanted to invest money in better quality clothing that isn't disposable and poor quality. But now I'm going to have to question whether or not I'm on that right track or if I need to head over to look at other brands.
Customer service is virtually non-existent, especially in the mornings when they claim their computers are always down.
It was super easy to get a hold of customer service.
