on 5/18/20It is a scam. They don't follow their own policies. Buy elsewhere.
Duluth is a legitimate business but some of their business practices might be considered borderline shady.
It's a legit company but not a workwear company. They should probably sell negliges for men a doilies for beer kegs and stuff like that.
A scam posing as a legit company. Used to be legit. No Longer! BUYER BEWARE!
They started out as a legit company, but now they apparently are having financial issues and they no longer abide by their own policies set forth on their website. NO BULL means just that. If you want to add fine print then state "No bull gurantee EXCEPT for the list of fine print which you may read right here".
I would be extremely cautious buying from them with any expectation of returning the item for any reason. They had a sale throughout the month of December and offered free shipping, no minimum, throughout December. This is totally contrary to their normal December habits and patterns. They clearly needed to generate a substantial number of sales, and they were willing to five 30% off and free shipping in an attempt to get those sales. Then after the sales, they refused to abide by their NO BULL guarantee.
You can buy online anywhere and fight those types of issues.
They scam customers by changing out the inside tags, but calling the pants the same thing. When you want to return them you can't because the tag is different.
They are a legit company. They offer brick and mortar shopping and online.
Legit company! Great quality clothing! I love it!
