Whitney, please take your money and run very fast in the opposite direction. This company is not ethical. They took my money, did not provide a dress than refused to provide a refund. Here's what's really insulting, they offered a discount if I brought another dress. Really, after not refunding my money from the first order. Let all of you under the eye of this posting ask the government to investigate them and shut them down. They are stealing from the public people.

This company was featured on, BBC TV, "Rip off Britain". Their conclusion was. "do not use this company under any circumstances unless you are silly enough to throw your money down the drain". Says it all really.
The people you will be dealing with if you buy from them are dishonest crooks, selling substandard clothing which needs attention if you are lucky enough for it to arrive. If it is wrong, no refund. If it is lost, no refund, If you have to alter it, no refund. If it arrives you have to pay import tax on it. If it doesn't arrive and is lost when it has reached the UK, you still have to pay import tax. There is only one winner when dealing with Dylan Queen, plenty of losers.

No, they refused to give me a refund even tho they sent the wrong dress and the wrong size.

No they don't give refunds, stay well clear of this company. I even think some of the good reviews are made up by them.

Please, please, please do not even think about ordering from this company. The quality is appalling and you will not get your money back. Not only that, you will be billed for customs and import duties.
My credit card company gave me a full refund in the end!

Nope I ordered my suit in may the wedding has been and gone and iv still got the dress and coat in my house they don't even answer my emails now so iv went to retail ombudsman as I paid well ova £100 then £25 shipping and I jst cannot afford to loose al that money id steer well clear of that site

Do not buy from them they are a scamming company. I luckily got my money back via Visa, but had to send the dress back. They refused to accept to and I ended up having to pay customs duty of £48. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - the reviews you see are fake. There was no facility to pay through Pay Pal which should have sent alarm bells ringing. Really the credit card companies should shut them down as they know about it.

Please pay heed to all the above answers! They are absolute con artists you might as well flush your money away and if your dress arrives it will be atrocious with no chance of them doing anything about it... I only managed to get my money back through my bank.to add insult to injury you will recieve a tax bill 2 weeks later.

Lolll you dont even get 50 % loll but its your Decision if you buy from them... keep giving them money the dresses are mimicked... some people have to be screwed over personally for them to stopbut lesson learned good luck with your order your best option is go through paypal

No you would not and there will be no help. And to return you will have to pay. From my experience I would begg you to not order anything online..
