In order to be able to investigate the charges made, we need the rental agreement that you signed locally, as well as the final invoice issued by the car provider at the end of your rental.
Please scan and send us a copy of the above documents attached with the voucher number by e-mail to customerservice@economycarrentals.com.
Please rest assured that in the case of an error we will make all the necessary arrangements to adjust the charges.
I share Eray's view. Never book with this company. They will rip you off. They charged me 220 CAD extra and refused to give me my money back. Their customer service is slow and imcompetent. They just repeat the same over and over that the charges were correct, which was a lie! They have some hidden fees that whenever you ask them to be reimbursed, they come up with some obscure terms and conditions that apparently you accepted during the booking, which is absolutely untrue and surely not well advertised when you book the car rental.
They do not offer cheaper rental rates. Alamo car rental quoted me a cheaper price when going directly with them.
Spare your money and stay away from this company.
The company is absolutely lying. They similarly ripped me off and I opened up a complaint. 21 days and nothing. AVOID this company at all costs!
